Data related to disorder of proteins including SCOP domains in different prokaryotes and eukaryotes. Expanding
domains mean proteins, which contain SCOP domains that belong to protein families, the expansion of which correlates with
biological complexity. Non-expanding domains mean proteins, which contain domains that belong to protein families the
expansion of which does not correlate with biological complexity. All domains mean all the proteins that contain any kind of
SCOP domain.
