HOSTING TEAM lottery syndicate rules/terms & conditions.
   1-     By entering the HOSTING syndicate we are all entering into a legally binding contract.

   2-     The syndicate is to play the Euro Lottery every Friday starting 27/03/2009 until further
          notice

   3-     The money funding this syndicate comes from members weekly payment of £1.50 or the
          price of a lucky dip entry

   4-     The HOSTING Lottery syndicate administrator is provide all entered games details, and
          cash balance details, including any winning or surplus cash, to all syndicate members

   5-     Any winnings in a given game that equate to a pay out to each syndicate member of
          £50.00 or any surplus subscription cash, will be used to buy more entry for the next
          lottery game.

   6-     HOSTING Lottery syndicate administrator cannot and will not pay or contribute any
          money on behalf of any HOSTING Lottery syndicate member.

   7-     Subscription payment by a HOSTING Lottery syndicate member on behalf another
          HOSTING Lottery syndicate member is accepted. But please note HOSTING Lottery
          syndicate administrator is not responsible what so ever for any disputes between these
          HOSTING Lottery syndicate members.

   8-     HOSTING Lottery Winnings will be shared out dependent upon each HOSTING Lottery
          syndicate member’s stake: For example buying two lottery tickets will result in twice the
          payout to that HOSTING Lottery syndicate member, as a member who buys only one
          lottery ticket.

   9-     The winning tickets will be presented to Camelot as soon as possible of a given draw and
          with the checkbox ticked for no publicity. I don't want to draw any press or public attention
          to myself and in the same light I will not divulge any of your information to anyone else.
          For the same reason, Camelot will be informed of each and every valid HOSTING Lottery
          syndicate member, for them to distribute the winning equally between HOSTING Lottery
          syndicate members.

   10-    The HOSTING Lottery syndicate administrator will of course be held legally completely
          liable for any and all the winnings, except for acts of god and forces beyond my
          reasonable control. For example if on the way to put the tickets on I have an accident or I
          am run over by a car and cannot put the tickets on, in that case those funds will be placed
          on the next UK lottery draw. As members of the HOSTING Lottery syndicate you have
          the right to vote for another member (which could be yourself) to come with me once a
          month as proof that the tickets are being bought and the HOSTING Lottery syndicate is
          genuine.

   11-    You must be a member and agree to all the terms & conditions of the HOSTING Lottery
          syndicate. The agreement date, the date at which each person becomes a member of the
          HOSTING Lottery syndicate is the date that cleared funds appear in the HOSTING Lottery
          syndicate account ready and the next tickets purchased. Failure to make a payment
          results in immediate loss of syndicate member status. The Inland Revenue will allow me
          to forward winnings only to lottery syndicate members; anyone else (i.e. non members)
          may be liable to capital gains tax.

   12-    Syndicate will be dissolved for any of the following reasons:

                   i. On winning the jackpot and after the winning are distributed
              ii. Number of syndicate drops below 5 members.

13-   If a member missed or did not pay a weekly entry fee of £1.50 that member will
      not be entitle to any share of any winning of that week if the syndicate did win
      the jackpot on that week

14-   It is the responsibility of each individual member to insure that they paid weekly
      entry fee, it is not the responsibility of Hosting lottery Administrators to remind
      members,

15-   Members who pay ahead in advanced are advised to monitor payment records
      spread sheet at www.mbteck.com/lottery to insure payment is up-to date, it is
      not the responsibility of Hosting lottery Administrators to remind these members,
