The masses of the two U-Bends in each loop are smeard into an ANNULUS of dimensions 3.4cm along z, 0.425cm thickness along r (centered around the cooling pipe centre), the arch section along phi corresponds to the distance between 4 pipes (i.e. 3*11.25 deg.).

                                                        CONSIDERATIONS                                                                                                                          ASSUMPTIONS for VOLUME COMUTATION
The volumes outside the edge of the barrel are not considered as might clash with other volumes                                       The mass of the Inlets and Outlets outside the barrel volume are put inside the barrel volume.
Even though the Exhast Manifold have different shapes on different barrels their relevant dimensions are very similar.                All 4 barrels are assumed to have the same annulus volume and dimensions.
Tot Length of In-Outlets+pipe+U-Bend                                                                                                   It is 152.21cm as in drawing TD-1031-157, but shims are mounted to match barrel length 153.0cm. In the simul. 153.0cm is considered the total length. To match
                                                                                                                                      this number we increase the length of the In-OutLet box by 0.39cm along z: from 1.65 to 2.04cm

Here follows the approximate dimensions of the U-Bend, Inlet Assembly and the Outlet Assembly separately from which the Inlet-Outlet Assembly box and the U Bend box are derived:
Inlet Assembly is simulated as Cylinder of dimensions: 1.65cm length along z from the barrel edge (i.e the extention of the Inlet Connector inside the barrel volume), 0.853cm diameter, the lower surface of the cylinder is suspended 1.637cm above the Barrel cylinder surface (i.e. 1.44 the height of the End Clamp fro
Each Outlet Assembly is simulated independently as a BOX.
Box dimensions: 1.65cm along z from the barrel edge (i.e. only the Exhast Manifold inside the barrel volume i.e. 0.8cm, including sleeves i.e. 0.5cm, excluding the connector and flange. 3.5mm ar added to match inlet dimension), 1.3cm thicknes along r, 7.4cm along phi.
The lower surface of the box is suspended 1.637 above the Barrel cylinder, corresponding to the height of the End Clamp from the barrel cylinder surface plus the harness thickness.
