Summary
The Customer Service Assistant Manager is responsible for directing all interaction with the organizations clients to ensure effective and prompt customer service. This position is responsible for assisting the Customer Service Manager with all customer service related matters, and shall assume all responsibilities during absences and vacations.

Job Duties
              Establish and lead a high-performance customer service center in order to meet and exceed customer satisfaction Assist Customer Service Representatives with customer research and problem resolution Assist the Customer Service Manager by performing various supervisory duties Create and distribute customer service procedures that are in full accordance with the company’s Service Level Agreements with its customers Aggregate currency transactions bank wide using system generated reports and teller logs Create reports as assigned Drive individual accountability among members of the Customer Service Team through leading by example Create, deliver, and analyze performance metrics for Customer Service Representatives; identify problem areas and take appropriate action Oversee the maintenance and resolu
