Job Description – Channel Manager Title Channel Manager Reports To [Name of V.P. of Sales] Summary The Channel Manager is responsible for developing and sustaining new sales channels in support of corporate revenue goals. This includes contacting and establishing relationships with key resellers, chain outlets, and other accounts across a broad geographical area. The Channel Manager will also work closely with internal departments Account Manager to expedite the profitable management of assigned accounts. The ability to successfully conduct face-toface business meetings is essential for this role. Job Duties            Lead the development of channel programs for targeted prospects and execute push-based strategies to the vendors or resellers. Achieve sales and revenue goals by ensuring that all accounts are profitably serviced. Develop and maintain relationships within assigned accounts; serve as a single-point-of-contact for key accounts. Improve client utilization and product/service adoption rates by acting upon new business opportunities. Facilitate all communications and dealings with established retailer or reseller relationships. Prepare and deliver customer presentations, pricing and promotional proposals, and other business endeavours.
