Summary

The Account Support Representative is an entry-level position within the Managed Accounts Department. The account support representative is responsible for supporting all the Managed Account Representatives.



Job Duties

                    Provide administrative support; i.e. (Faxes, assist with Bids & Quotes, Input orders as required) Issue ad hoc, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Act as an overall coordinator with other departments. Maintain information databases. Manage calendar of events scheduled for assigned team. Responsible for incoming mail. Manage various reports (Sales, Telephone). Manage customer mailings in conjunction with Account Managers. Perform other support duties as assigned.
