      Minor Masters Program
  Sis. Asasiya Muhammad, Instructional Guide
                  Overview
The Minor Masters Program is the first level of Mastery
within the Academy of Universal Science. The objective of
the MMP is to provide a foundation for young learners to
begin to understand key concepts related to the AUS
CORE Curriculum. The program provides an advantage for
Aboriginal children to achieve greater self-awareness by
exposing them to the fundamental ideals of their own
cultural paradigm at an early age. Additionally, Minor
Masters will receive a rich educational experience by:
acquiring the core competencies in Reading and
Arithmetic, learning through hands on activities, and
participating in self-reflection exercises. By laying this
framework, we hope to prepare children with the spiritual
and intellectual tools they need for self-mastery and
 future leadership.

           About Sis. Asasiya
Sis. Asasiya is the mother of 4 beautiful children, Khemal, 8, Sabti, 5, Ali, 3,
    and newborn, Ruhiya.

Many years before she would ever have her own children, Asasiya was working
with children around the country as a Youth Leader in her spiritual
community and a mentor to teen girls while attending college in
Philadelphia, PA. It was not until her personal experience with birth and
motherhood did she realize how critical motherhood and childrearing truly
is. Since that time she has embraced her life’s mission to educate and
support women, children, and families towards positive child and family
   development.

Her professional career with children began when she co-directed and taught
science and health at The Academy of Universal Science in Philadelphia.
She is a Certified Naturopath through Dr. Laila O. Afrika’s Center for
Holistic Therapies, and a Reiki Master. She specializes in Maternal and
Child Health, Herbology, Vegan Nutrition, and Energy Therapy.
