Responsibilities & Duties:
Ensuring the hull blocks and piping fabricated conforming to AFC drawings, owner’s
specification. More than 100% visual inspection was carried out on the progress of the work. Review
and certified carbon steel, Stainless steel & Alloy steel WPS, PQR and Endorsed WQT for the current
project. Visual inspection HP Mud & Cement piping, Hydraulic piping system for Cantilever, drill floor,
Choke & Kill system and jacking piping systems. Line check prior to hydro test, Re-instatement Line
check after hydro test, before the system hand over to commissioning Witness pneumatic and
hydrostatic test on all piping systems according to the test schedule and hull erection joints. Familiar
with marine and rig piping systems. Interpret PWHT & Hydro test charts. Witness the fabrication &
