Please attach the following to this application

(1)      A copy of your Senior High School Transcript noting your choice of subjects
      from the following areas.
      English Language 3rd Level Academic
      Mathematics 3rd Level Academic or Advanced
      English Literature 3rd Level
      Science one of - Physics Chemistry Biology Geology
      Social Studies one of 3rd Level - World History World Geography Global Issues
      French 3200
      French Immersion equivalent is accepted.

(2)     An essay using a minimum of 250 words and a maximum of 500 on the
       following:
      Describe your most important contribution to your school or community. Why was it
      meaningful for you and your community?

(3)    A letter of reference from someone other than a relative.

(4) A resume of extra curricular activities, including school and community
    involvement, work experience, volunteer experience and, any awards, etc.

Application to be received on or before October 31st, 2012
An amount up to $500.00 will be awarded during Women’s Institute Week in February of
each year.
