Major Achievements:
a) Developed thermal phosphates from Bulk Circuit tailing which can be used as citrate
soluble phosphate fertilizer. Jointly applied for patent along with Department of Geology,
MLS university.
b) Re- engineering of flotation circuits and development of flotation reagents.
c) Established a wastewater treatment plant of 250 M3/hr capacities.
d) Reduced the moisture content of the phosphate concentrate by application of nano
technology.
e) Stabilized carbonate Thickener which RSMML.
f) Operated and stabilized a Bio-diesel plant based on Jatropha seeds. This unique feet was
achieved first time in India. This Plant has now successfully started production of I.P grade
glycerin, Soap & Sulphate of potash. Within one year produced 50,000 Lts of Bio-diesel,
which has been consumed by the rock phosphate mines. One of the by-product i.e., soap is
being utilized as a collector in Phosphate Beneficiation Plant. At least 3 nos. of waste soap
material from bio-diesel plant have been identified as excellent collector reagent for the
phosphate beneficiation process. Trends indicate that a Bio-diesel Plant of 50 tpd capacity
would turn into a profitable venture even without considering in any type of subsidies.
Patent application is likely to be filed for the new developed byproducts from the waste of
Biodiesel plant as its validity have been established by Indian bureau of Mines.
g) Stabilized and optimized High Pressure Grinding Rolls.
h) Stabilized 16000 tpd phosphate Beneficiation Plant in Saudi Arabia.

Beneficiation Specialist 2009-2012
Joined Ma’aden Phosphate Company in Saudi Arabia on 18.05.09. It is one of the world
largest Phosphate Beneficiation plant. Presently Coordinating various activities like
recruitment of manpower, Development of process graphics for plant information
management system , commissioning of Beneficiation Plant , and implementation of OPM at
the Beneficiation Plant, etc.
Sr.Manager (Ore Dressing) 2007-08
The new jos assignment
After successful installation, commissioning and then production at Bio-diesel Plant, worked on
some newly developed collectors (obtained from the soap waste produced at Bio-diesel plant) .
Indian Bureau of Mines and Shriram Chemical Research Centre have established validity of this
research work. Likely to file patent application for this newly developed collector. Assignment
also included characterization studies of phosphate deposits of Jhamarkotra and Birmania mines
by XRD analysis. Monitoring of critical paradigm like safety aspects of nuclear instruments as I
was nominated by BARC, Mumbai as Radio safety officer.
Bio-diesel Plant Incharge: 2006-08
Commissioned the Plant in March 2006.Since then it has been optimized and stabilized. Till now
about 50000 Lts Biodiesel have been produced and has been utilized by RSMML Jhamarkotra
Rock Phosphate Mines. Some new application of seed cake and crude glycerol has been found.
Manager (R&D): 2003-2006
Developed Nano technology based application of polyelectrolyte for assisting filtration of rock
phosphate slurry. Assisted RSMML, for launching new phosphate concentrate product, for SSP
industries. Fusion experiment on low-grade phosphate ore carried out at phosphate Research &
Development Centre unable me to developed new citrate soluble phosphate fertilizer. DST
approved a grant of RS 18.00 Lacs for this R&D project. Patent has been filed for fused calcium
magnesium phosphate. Assisted in installing and operation of Jatropha based Biodiesel plant.
Developed some unique collectors (flotation reagent) from the soap waste of Biodiesel Plant.
Following feasibility reports have been prepared by me: Application of polyelectrolytes in
reducing moisture content of the cake discharged by the belt drum filters, Studies on Birmania
and Jabhua Rock Phosphate deposits in Rajasthan and techno-economic feasibility report on
establishing a Biodiesel plant based on Jatropha curcus. Published 11-research paper to date.
Manager (Project) / Project Coordinator 2000-2003
Assignment during the installation and erection work of Rs 50.00 Crores Industrial Rock
Phosphate Beneficiation plant included preparation of techno economic feasibility report for
retrofitting of high pressure grinding rolls, interaction with consultants, vendors, contractors and
IBP officials and preparation of progress reports of the project. I had assisted superiors in
commissioning and then after stabilization of project. Also work independently as a package In
charge of wastewater treatment plant. It was synchronized with the rock phosphate beneficiation
5
process. The cost of chemical reagent was reduced from Rs 15 crores to 1.00 crores per annum.
Also looked after the upcoming DAP Project.
Dy.Manager /Assistant Manager 1988-1999
Looked after operation and various other aspect of the 1500 tpd Rock Phosphate Beneficiation
