   Lab Report Guidelines
            Assessment and Evaluation
Writing a clear and concise lab report that contains all the relevant information is a crucial
component in Chemistry 11/12. The students are required to complete laboratory experiments
throughout each grade during secondary school, and the format of the lab report will remain constant
   throughout those grades.
