The Swan Hotel captures the market in Wells with two outstanding external al fresco dining areas, newly refurbished
2 Rosette Restaurant, function and banqueting operation for up to 100 guests and busy bar and lounge services.

Experience in pastry is preferred but not essential.
Pay is negotiable dependant on experience; the package comes with annual salary, excellent bonus scheme and equal
