                                     nd
Early-Early Bird deadline is May 2 to receive the $5/girl re-registration credit and to
attend the Pool Party.

The $5/girl incentive is earned when you register by May 2nd and turn in your financials
by June 6th (to Angie). You will receive your check at the June 6th drop-off meeting only
if Angie has received your financials via email prior to this date or you hand in a paper
copy of your financials to her on June 6th.

Patches will be here at the May meeting. Patches are wood ducks this year. Patches
are available through June 6th (must be registered by then to receive them).

Registration can be done on-line. If you are using cookie credits from last year, you will
need to get the paper forms from Kristin.

Need to make changes to your troop listing? Please do this when you are registering.
This is the easiest time to do this. You can change and/or add codes as needed when
registering your troop

Lastly, if you experience any issues with the website please call the ST. Paul Office,
Business Services at the 800 number (1-800-845-0787). Marci and Kristin have no
ability to help you with on-line issues.

Anyone who completed their Early-Early Bird registration (between now and May 2nd) is
eligible to attend the pool party for free!

The Pool Party is a Girl Scouts only event. This will take place on June 8th from 6:00

this event. If you are interested, please talk to Molly.
