     This is a binding and legal contract in which you are agreeing to pay the complete amount owed by
                                              January 30, 2010.

__Seniors        $1,085 /yr or $261 the 1st mo & $206 / mo for 4 mos

Families with more than one swimmer are eligible for a reduction in rates. Reductions are credited to the lowest cost swimmer.

Your Obligations:

1. Pay all dues on time. Dues payments are past due on the 30th of the month. Swimmers are not allowed to practice or attend meets if
accounts are delinquent. Dues are payable whether or not your swimmer completes the swim year.
2. Only at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors may dues be waived in case of illness or special circumstances where it is
impossible for the swimmer to participate in the program. Exceptions need to be formally requested to the board in a
timely manner and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
3. Make sure that your swimmer is at practice and ready to swim on time.
4. Say yes to any calls for volunteers. We host two meets per year and conduct various fundraising and special activities that require the
support of all the parents. Signing this contract commits your time as a volunteer and at a minimum you must volunteer to work at all Gator
sponsored meets.
5. Swimmers/Parents will be asked to leave the team if their conduct is disruptive to practice or other operations of the team.
6. Swimmers must wear team suits and caps (if a cap is worn). Team suits must be worn on top of all other swim suits at all US Swimming
sanctioned meets while a member of the team.

We understand and agree to the dues and obligations as stated above.

Please keep a copy of this agreement for your individual records. If you choose the monthly installments, you will receive a statement each
month reflecting past payments and any new amount due. All checks should be made payable to the “Gaston Gators” and all payments

          Any incurred returned check fees will be charged back to the swimmers account.
