and Marketing of Facility, Operations of Full Service Restaurant / Bar/ and Convention Facilities. Employed
and Managed 50+ employees year round. Responsible for design and purchasing for complete renovation
of facility 2005 – 2008.

∙ 2001 – 2005 – Owner / General Manager of the Quality Inn and Suites, Prescott AZ. (formerly
Ramada Resort and Spa).
Complete Development of New Facility from Concept through Operating Convention Center. Created
Business Plan, Secured Financing, Designed Complete Interior and Determined Franchise / fulfillment of
their Requirements. Worked with Design Team creating Floor Plan as well as handled all purchasing for
new 83 Unit Hotel, Restaurant, and Bar. Responsible for leasing Beauty Salon and Gift Shop within facility.
As well as hiring Management team and 50+ employees.
         Awarded 1st runner up for Ramada of the Year
         Year over year average Net Profit increases of 17% (2002-2005)
         Entire Facility Served as the Arizona Cardinals Training Camp in 2004 and 2005
∙ 1977 - 1985 – Owner / General Manager of the Best Western Executive Inn, Iron Mtn. MI.
Developed New Business from Market Analysis, Financing, Interior and Exterior Design, Planning /
Purchasing for construction of Start Up 50 Unit Hotel. General Management responsibility overseeing all
aspects including Sales, Distribution, Customer Service and Marketing of 40 unit Hotel. Ultimately
responsible for the Management of Front Desk / Audit, Sales and Marketing of Facility. 1982-1985 Average
occupancy rate of 97%.
∙ 1972-1977 – Owner / General Manager of the Town & Country Motel, Iron Mtn. MI.
General management responsibility overseeing all aspects including Sales, Distribution, Customer Service
and Marketing of 25 unit motel. Personally responsible for the Management of Front Desk / Audit, Sales
