POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT: Chief Financial Officer
LCF is a dynamic organization that is looking for outstanding applicants for the CFO position.
The CFO will provide both operational and programmatic support to the organization.
LCF would like to attract applicants who have experience in some of these areas:
A true financial manager
Significant experience with financial management of federal grants and contracts
(federal auditor experience would be a real advantage).
Familiarity with non-profit organizations and their distinctive financial issues
A great communicator who has initiative and creativity about financial management.
Ability to educate both management, staff and our Board on key financial issues
Health care or health research background would be a definite plus – we need someone
who will work closely with our researchers and IT specialists to advise them on the
Good interpersonal skills, willing to do whatever it takes to meet proposal and other
deadlines, a great sense of humor, resilience, and a creative approach to problem
A CPA is preferred

LCF provides a Flexible Spending Plan, Long Term Disability, AD&D and a life insurance policy
for two times your annual salary with a ceiling of $200,000.
