ENROLMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1/By returning this enrolment form to IVHHD you are agreeing that you have read and understood the enrolment terms and conditions and stating that you accept these terms and
conditions.2/Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. 3 /Course fees in full or first installments of standard payment plans must be paid on enrolment. 4/ IVHHD reserve the right to
reject any application for enrolment. 5/ The Inner Voyage code of ethics forms part of the conditions of practitioner registration. The code of ethics is available at www.inner-voyage.com.
6/ Enrolment fees and course fees and part course fees paid are non-refundable. 7/ In cases of personal crisis or illness, students may defer their training to a later date or put a hold
on their Practitioner membership at the Principals discretion.8/ If your application for enrolment is accepted you will be sent a letter of confirmation and information about starting your
training course within 3 days. 9/ Course fee payment must be made on enrolment. If your application for enrolment is not accepted for any reason any payment you have made will be
refunded in full without delay. 10/ Fees are in Australian dollars and are correct as at January 25th 2012 and may change without notice after that date. 11/Graduates will be offered
registration as IVHHD practitioners at the principals’ discretion.
PAYMENT PLAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1/ If you are paying your course via a payment plan the initial amount must be paid on enrolment 2/ You will be sent a payment plan once your enrolment has been accepted. 3/ Students
paying fees via payment plans must set up an automatic payment with their bank and email us a confirmation of this payment arrangement or provide authorization for us to arrange
automatic credit or debit card payments through Paymate or arrange automatic credit or debit card payments through Paymate themselves 4/ Students who do not make payment plan
installments as agreed will be required to pay an administration fee of $5 on top of their outstanding course fee. 5/ Students who do not pay their course fee payments and are two or more
payments overdue will have their training course suspended until all outstanding amounts and administration fees are paid in full. 6/ Students whose courses are suspended due to unpaid
fees where course fees remain unpaid for a period of two weeks after the cancellation advice is sent via email will have their course cancelled and will not be entitle to a refund of any fees
paid. **Please know that we really don’t like having to impose Terms and Conditions at all but we have a commitment to ensure our teachers and support staff are fairly paid for the work
