							Download New Digital Certificate in Internet Explorer. (In the example below Windows
XP SP2 with IE 6.0SP2 was used)

1.     Open Internet Explorer and go to
       URL: https://wholesalereg.verizon.com/gsi-certs/docs/AutoRA_1
       You can copy and paste this URL in your browser. If you type this URL,
       please note there is an underscore ( _ ) before the number ‘1’ (AutoRA_1)
       If the Security Alert appears, Click ‘Yes’ if not, please go to the following step




2.     A Pop-up window will appear, asking you to supply your User ID and password
       –Please enter the LSI ID as the User Name (UPPERCASE) and the LSI Password
       (case sensitive). Click OK button.
3. New window will appear asking you to change password. Note: that password is
   only for certificate download/recovery process, NOT for Wholesale application
   access.
4.   Next you will get a welcome screen. You have a choice to either download (first
     -timers) or recover your digital certificate if you had a certificate before. Click on
     appropriate link.




5.   Next screen will ask you to provide your last name (must be the last name of the
     owner of the LSI ID).
6.   Next, the success verification screen with a choice of different Cryptographic
     Service Providers will appear. Please select Microsoft Enhanced Cryptographic
     Provider v 1.0 as shown below and click on Continue button.




7.   Microsoft pop-up warning will appear next. Click Yes to proceed.
8.     New pop-ups will appear asking you to select the security level for your RSA
       exchange key. Please verify Medium is selected. (see screenshots below).

-Click OK button




-Click Next button
-Click Finish button




-Click OK button
9.    Next, two warning pop-ups will appear. Click yes on each of the pop-ups to add
      your personal and root certificates to your browser.




10.   Next screen will appear if you successfully download the certificate. The
      Certificate will be on your browser. (See Appendix A)




11.   Close your Browser.
Appendix A: To verify that you downloaded your certificate properly, please follow
            these steps:

   a. After you downloaded/recovered your certificate, go to Tools -> Internet Option.
      Select Content Tab:




   b. Click on Certificates. Make sure that your certificate exists there as shown below.
      Highlight it and click on View button.
c. Check validity period of the certificate.
d. After verification is done you are ready to use your new certificate for Wholesale
application access.
