4. Supplementals for the 2010-11 School Year as listed below with percentages in
      accordance with the adopted supplemental salary schedule based on the current starting
      salary of $29,443 :

6. Approve the recommendation to employ the following tutors as identified for the 2010-11
school year at $18.10 per hour pending submission of a valid Ohio teaching credential, original
transcripts, favorable state and federal background check and TB test. (Special Education and RTI
salaries are paid through a grant at no cost to the District. RTI tutors at Fitch are paid from the
general fund; Online Teachers are paid set amount per number of semesters taught):

8. Approve Jeanine Mahoney as District Crossing Guard; $5.30 per crossing as needed (non
bargaining unit position) for the 2010-11 school year.

B. Correction of extended service days for Fitch counselors as a result of grievance resolution on
October 7, 2010. Approve the additional extended service days for the Fitch Counselors for the
2009-10 school year to be worked in June, July and August of 2010 as follows:

C. Approve the correction of extended service days for Fitch counselors approved on 7/19/10
agenda originally written as “August 2010 and June 2011 for the 2010-11 school year” to read “for
the 2010-11 school year and are to be worked in June, July and August of 2011”:

D. Approve the recommendation to employ the following personnel as identified for the VAWA

E. Approve the recommendation to permit Speech Coach Andrea Folsom to travel with the Speech
Team to competition as follows. These trips are self funded at no cost to the district. Missed days of
school are within the parameters of Board Policy:

a. Friday, January 14, 2011 to Saturday, January 15, 2011; Sylvania, Ohio
b. Thursday, March 3, 2011 to Saturday, March 5, 2011; Toledo, Ohio

V. Approve the request from Coach Dorothy DelBoccio, of the 7th and 8th grade girls
basketball teams, to hold a Girls Youth Basketball Camp. Registration will be November 21,
2010 at Austintown Middle School from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM . Cost is $40 per girl for 10
practices, pizza party, and participation in games at the middle and high school half times.

VI. Adopt a resolution to give authority to Supervisor of Operations and Facilities to work
with Oslavsky Jaminet to establish a price to develop the specifications for the demolition of
the old Austintown Middle School at 5800 Mahoning Avenue. These specification to include
demolition requirements, necessary surveying, and the preparation of the quoting package
to convert the property to a shovel ready build site.

VII. Approve the recommendation to employ the attached roster of non-teaching substitute
