   · Bale Line control system upgrade from GE Series Six to Allen Bradley ControlLogix. Experience in
      sequential functional flowchart (SFC) and structured text (ST) programming techniques. Enhanced
      bale flow through better use of storage capacity. Hugely successful implementation and start-up
      during plant 2-week shutdown.

   · This project included Bitumen Recovery From Tailings and the addition of a Sixth line of
       Separation / Flotation cells. Design included instrument specifications for procurement and
       installation as well as panel and loop drawings. Controls integrated into existing Honeywell TDC3000
       DCS and Honeywell PLC system.

      refiners(4) and material handling system.

   · Programmed Allen Bradley PLC system to control Hymac refiners (2 x 5,000 HP in series and
     associated pre-heat, pre-compressors and material handling systems.

   · Site electrical engineer for construction of expansion. Duties included liaison between
      design team in Vancouver and Masonite management / construction contractors on site.
