Gene is President and founder of LeadershipThoughtware, a Princeton, NJ based consulting company. Gene brings 25
years of Organization and Professional Development experience partnering with his clients to develop practical,
effective solutions to their critical business issues. He has worked with companies in the financial, pharmaceutical,
health care, manufacturing and technology sectors focusing primarily on improving individual, group and organization
performance and "improving how the work gets done".

Professional Expertise/Services

Gene brings a unique blend of practical real world experience including 17 years with Kepner-Tregoe, a Princeton-based
consulting firm. As Director of National Accounts, he focused on "crisis consulting" within his national client base by
facilitating the problem solving, decision-making and planning activities of task teams. Gene worked with IBM's
Artificial Intelligence group; the Department of Energy's nuclear enrichment facilities in Oak Ridge, TN; and with GE,
focusing on their manufacturing activities throughout the United States. As a Senior Partner with ZengerMiller/Achieve
Global, one of the largest US professional development companies, he worked with one of the "Big 4" accounting firms
to help increase the retention of Partners and Senior Managers and improve bench strength by engineering a blended,
multi-media, high-tech approach to delivering an innovative, new “goal based” performance system to more than 35,000
people worldwide. This issue was costing the company an estimated $180,000,000 each year. Over the years, Gene has
also partnered with IBM, KPMG, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, GE, Blair, Merck,
Prudential, Omnicom Group, TEVA Pharmaceuticals, Medco Health Solutions, UBS Financial Services, Kraft and many
others.
