Each member hospice has one vote. The Oregon Hospice Association’s Annual Meeting is also an opportunity for Oregon’s
hospice providers to network with OHA’s board of directors and to identify and prioritize organizational goals and objectives.
  Continuing Education
  Provider approved by California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number CEP14488, 4 hours
  maximum. The Oregon Hospice Association is accredited by the Oregon Medical Association to provide       Supported by
  continuing medical education for physicians. OHA designates this activity for a maximum of 4 AMA PRA
  Category 1 Credits TM. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their
  participation in the activity.
