I examined various charge off loans provided by the FDIC, to determine if collectable and advising all levels of
management of analysis, handled Due-Diligence on loans to be sold in the secondary market. Knowledge of Small
Business Administration process also.
I negotiated loans to satisfy debts to avoid repossessions, skip tracing, foreclosures, litigation, Bankruptcy, and
Judgments, on line credit bureau reporting.
I have analyzed invoices for Government, State, Commercial, City and Residential vendors.
I have analyzed contracts, tax laws and purchase orders to determine priority vendors and to forecast and recover
