    To A Academy Termite & Pest Control for pest control services on campus
    To TCM Contractors for sweeping services on campus
    To Airhandlers Mechanical Services for the purchase and installation of an HVAC unit for the
       Maintenance Building
    To Mr. Keys, Inc. for the first of a two-year agreement for locksmith services
    To Yezzi Associates for professional architectural/engineering services for renovations to the
       Planetarium
    To The Energy Company, Inc. for boiler repair services on campus
    To Stevens Environmental for piping and ductwork insulator services
    To Garden State Getaways for bus tours and day trips sponsored by the Academy for Lifelong
       Learning
    To Berry, Sahradnik Kotzas, Riordan & Benson for the second year of a two-year agreement for
       professional legal services
    To Bowman and Company. LLP for the second year of a two-year agreement for professional
       auditing services
    To A.F.L. Web Printing for the printing of the Spring 2008 Continuing and Professional Education
       brochures

The following resolutions were adopted:
    For hardware and software for card access control on campus
    For the purchase and installation of a chiller control panel in the Library
    For office space rental at 150 Brick Boulevard, Brick, New Jersey, for Continuing and Professional
       Education
    For office space rental at 150 Brick Boulevard, Brick, New Jersey, for Customized Training
    For the renewal of the Library software maintenance program
    For the removal and disposal of asbestos in the Fine Arts Building
    For professional engineering services for the construction of the Ocean County College Sailing
       Center at Mill Creek Park
    For the purchase of software for use by the Human Resources Department
    For the purchase of a new stack for the fuel cell
    For an upgrade to the campus-wide Cisco telephone system
    For a travel package for the June 2008 Academy for Lifelong Learning trip to Ireland
    For media placement and buying services during 2007-2008
The following contracts to be amended:
    Additional monies to Honeywell Graphics, Marlton, New Jersey, for maintenance on the Honeywell
       Graphics Central/Delta 1000 Energy Management System during 2006-2007 (original contract
       awarded at the May 22, 2006, Board meeting)

      Additional monies to Waste Management of New Jersey, Inc., Toms River, New Jersey, for the first
       year of a three-year agreement for refuse removal services from campus (original contract awarded
       at the March 27, 2006, Board meeting)

      Additional monies to Distinguished Food Services, Toms River, New Jersey, for catering services to
       the college for the period May 21 to August 31, 2007 (original contract awarded at the May 29,
       2007, Board meeting)

      Monies to Distinguished Food Services, Toms River, New Jersey, for catering services to the
       college during 2007-2008 (original contract awarded at the August 27, 2007, Board meeting at no
       cost to the college)

      Additional monies to MidCoast Mechanical, Neptune, New Jersey, for emergency repairs on the
       underground hot water piping system on campus (original contract awarded at the August 27, 2007,
       Board meeting)

      Additional monies to DMR Architects, Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey, for architectural/engineering
       professional services for a new OCC academic building on campus (contract originally awarded at
       the March 26, 2007, Board meeting)

      Additional monies to DJ Mechanical, Millstone Township, New Jersey, for the purchase of a new
       compressor for the Hiering Science Building (contract originally awarded at the February 26, 2007,
       Board meeting)

The following was rejected:
    All bids received for the purchase of a new fork lift

The following contract was terminated:
    A three-year contract with The First Occupational Center of New Jersey, Orange, New Jersey, for
       custodial services at the Southern Education Center in Manahawkin, New Jersey, due to
       nonperformance
