Essential:

1.           Catering or retail based experience.

2.           Experience in food preparation or food production.

3.           Excellent customer and communication skills.

4.           Recent experience of the ability to follow standard recipes and
             guidelines in the work place.

5.           Basic food hygiene certificate.

6.           Ability to demonstrate increase in sales, within the workplace.



Desirable:


1.           Use of EPOS tills & cash handling skills.

2.           Manual handling training.

3.           Intermediate food hygiene.

4.           Working within a kitchen environment.
