Castle of Angels

							  Castle of Angels
       It opens up with baby Jayce on screen, inside her baby-blue with
clouds crib. She’s able to look out the window where her 3-year old brother
Xejian is playing with dad (Dello) in the garden. Dello picks Xejian up and
flies through the sky, spinning around, using his angel wings. The screen
moves, and now the door is in view, it opens in, and Conlyn (mom) walks in with
a warm bottle of milk.

Conlyn: “Sorry I took so long sweetie.” [sweet voice]

Conlyn picks Jayce up in her arms; a blanket is placed on Jayce’s cheek, while
Conlyn feeds her, her bottle. Slowly, Conlyn starts to beat her wings, she is
suspended in the air, and she draws-up her legs, in a cross-legged position,
in a gentle motion she rocks, humming, Jayce’s eyes start to close, she’s
drank all her milk. Conlyn starts to descend, she stretches her legs, places
the empty bottle of milk on the night table, and she plants a kiss on Jayce’s
cheek, and slowly settles her on her crib. The image blurs, and then comes
back into focus to show that the room has changed from a nursery to a
teenager’s room. And there is Conlyn gently shaking Jayce, who is now much
older, trying to wake her up.

Conlyn: “Hey punk, come on, it’s time to wake up…”

Conlyn leaves the bedroom, the screen following her; she walks down the
stairs and into the kitchen, where an older Xejian is eating toast on the
table, while Dello is preparing chocolate milk for everyone. The kitchen has
light colors, and there are some dishes getting washed on their at the sink,
there is a small cloud on top of them, it’s a rain cloud which keeps on letting
go of water, seeing as there is no faucet. The dishes then get taken out by
the wind itself and placed to dry. Dello looks up to see Conlyn come in.
Dello: “Did you get her to wake up?” [Mocking voice]
Conlyn: “yeah she’s –[Jayce walks into the room, hopping in one foot while
putting her right shoe on]-…awake.”
Jayce: “Morning everyone!”

Jayce walks to the table and sits, while Conlyn and Dello finish preparing
breakfast and also sit down. The table is filled with butter, marmalade and
toast.

Xejian: “So, we are walking to Castle Training today?”
Dello: “yeah guys, we’re sorry, but they want us at the castle early for some
       type of meeting. So Xejian I want you to take care of your sister all
       right?”
Xejian: “Yes, yes dad……I’ve got everything under control….come on sis, let’s
       get going or we’ll be late.”

Xejian then proceeds to get up from the table with a toast in his hand, he
trips with the chair’s leg, falling down to the floor, letting go of the toast
during the fall, which in turn lands inside his empty glass of milk. Jayce
cracks up and some of the chocolate milk that she had been drinking squirts
from her nose, she cleans herself with a napkin that Dello passes over to
her, she then kisses and hugs him and Conlyn and waits at the door for
Xejian, who is kissing and hugging Dello and Conlyn goodbye. As they leave
the kitchen, the camera focuses on the windowsill, were a mocking bird is
resting, a serious grin appears on its beak, and it flutters off.

          The screen comes back on with Dello and Conlyn traveling inside a ball
of air.

Conlyn: “I’m worried Dello.”
Dello: “Honey, relax, the kids will do fine, so what if they haven’t gotten
       their wings yet? Don’t worry, they will, and then they’ll protect the
       castle of Angels, just like we do, and just like our ancestors did.
       Aren’t they our son and daughter? They are special, remember, we
       had two. They are both very special. They’ll do fine.”
Conlyn: “Yes they are extremely special. And I do have faith in both of
       them.”
The screen switches to the mocking bird as it lands somewhere in a forest,
there a girl and a boy are waiting, with another mocking bird.

Ian: “OK explain to us…what is going on?”
Enna: “come on, get on with it.”

The boy was the one who first asked the question, he was younger than his
sister, Enna. The mocking bird that just been checking up on Xejian and
Jayce looked towards the mocking bird that was on the floor next to the boy
and girl.

Brent: “You guys have to trust us, I know that your aunt and grandpa must
have told you about the legend of the crawlers.”
Enna: “Yes we know it.”
Martello: “Well the thing is…there is more to it and you know.”
Brent: “Go on Martello…I’ll tell them about it…..meet you back here.”
Ian: “Wait a second…where is he going Brent?”
Brent: “To warn the other two guardian angels, just like we’ve warned you.”

Martello flutters off, with the camera following…and….

The screen switches to Xejian and Jayce walking through some big
mushrooms and flowers. Jayce turns towards Xejian.

Jayce: “hey bro, what do you really think happened…you know about that
      whole thing with the Castle?”
Xejian:” For once sis, I don’t have the faintest idea!”

The screen zooms out so that it shows them as small profiles, the mocking
bird is flying somewhere on top of them. The screen zooms back in, so that
the mocking bird is not visible any longer.

Jayce: “I still don’t understand, what is it exactly that’s so big that we have
      to protect at the castle? I mean, we’ve been to training since I can
      remember, and we don’t’ even have our wings yet.”

Now Xejian and Jayce were walking upon a path of sand and rocks.
Xejian: “You’re old enough to hear it now I guess. You see sis, not only do
      we need training to be able to protect the Castle of Angels, but we
      have to earn our wings. Jayce, you know perfectly well that only
      Guardian Angels and Keeper Angels have wings. We are Keeper Angels
      and to be assigned a place to protect at the Castle of Angels, we have
      to earn our wings through an unselfish act from the heart.”

Xejian gives Jayce a sidelong look. Suddenly the camera zooms out to shows
that the mocking bird is descending at great speed towards Xejian and
Jayce. The mocking bird is about to collapse with them, but it’s face doesn’t’
show an evil expression, at the contrary it looks nervous and like if it shows
that the mocking bird is definitely unable to control his landing, but right
before the crash occurs, Jayce’s question is heard.

Jayce: “But bro, what are we protecting the Castle of Angels from?”

The mocking bird reaches them, and crashes with its beak first into Xejian’s
shoulder.

Xejian: “Ouch!”

Jayce turns to shoo the mocking bird off, but the screen follows the
mocking bird as it starts to flutter around Jayce in nervousness.

Xejian: “Hey you freak bird!”

He tries to catch the mocking bird with his left hand while holding his
injured right shoulder still. Jayce manages to catch it with both her hands;
the mocking bird’s head enlarges from the pressure that she is
administering. The screen focuses on Jayce’s face, from the mocking bird’s
point of view.

Jayce: “what’s your issue punk?”

The screen switches to the mocking bird.

Mocking bird: “BE------waaaa-----reeeeee! Of …..theeeee CCC-RR-AA-A-A-A-
            wwwww-A-A-A—A-LER-SS-S!”
Jayce had put too much pressure on the mocking bird’s body, so that it had
popped out of her clenched hands. The screen zooms out to show the
projectile body of the bird flying and landing somewhere back on the
mushroom and flower’s path.
The screen then goes back to Xejian and Jayce. And Xejian has an upset
face on.

Xejian: “What did you DO that for?”
Jayce: “What ARE you talking about?”
Xejian: “You practically killed the bird!”
Jayce: “so What? It attacked you, and I didn’t realize I was holding it so
      tight!”
Xejian: “yeah right! You did it on purpose!! You are such a chicken that the
      moment you heard the word ‘beware’ you freaked out and practically
      threw the bird off!!!”

Jayce looks very upset cheeks blushed red; Xejian’s cheeks are flushed red
as well.

Jayce: “You are wrong, and mean…you’re a liar!!”
Xejian: “Don’t call me a liar! You are a chicken! You’re such a pain, always me
      having to take care of you! I can’t stand you, and your whiny voice!!”

Jayce looks clearly angry, and so does Xejian.

Jayce: “Well then we are even, because I CAN’T STAND YOU EITHER!!!”

The screen zooms in and shows both their faces, looking at each other, they
are very upset. Jayce turns around on her feet and walks off, then Xejian
does the same. The screen follows Xejian, who is now walking at a fast pace
through a sandy beach.

Xejian: “good riddance! Am I glad we don’t have to go to the same Castle
      Training sessions!”

Xejian enters a cottage on the beach, you are able to see Xejian go in, you
can see his back, and then the door closes.
It then changes shape and it opens inwardly and Jayce comes in, you are able
to see the background of a forest behind her. She’s walking through the
hallway, the screen zooms out to show more of the room, when Jayce
abruptly stops and turns to her left, and there she finds herself in front of
a glass case, where inside there are 3 pictures of three boys. And one of
them, the one that’s in the middle, is Xejian. Jayce touches the yellow lizard
that’s on top of the glass case. The screen zooms in to just show the lizard,
as it rolls its long pink tongue out.

Lizard: “Most accomplished learners.”

It rolls it’s tongue back in, and closes its eyes. The screen zooms back out,
to show Jayce walking away from the glass case.
She walks into a classroom where she finds herself accompanied by 2 other
girl students, her age. A teacher comes in, an old person, without wings.

[Here is where the song would begin, and different scenes of the everyday
training that Xejian and Jayce receive would show, as they both sing their
feelings. The song will start with them furious towards each other, and at
the end up saying they love each other, and how sorry they are for having
such a ridiculous fight. – They would (still singing) retrace their steps back
to where they parted, and there they would hug. Passage of time would be
shown, so as to show that many hours have passed.]

After the screen switches to Dello and Conlyn who are both seated in lava
chairs, in a really big room, facing two Keeper Angels, with humongous wings.
One of them is extremely old, and the other one is somewhere in her 40’s.

Virland: “The Crawlers are about to attack us. We are aware of this because
       of our legacy. It has been passed on from generation to generation
       that this day would come. The day when the Crawlers attack, ending
       the birth of Angels.”
Letta: “When two Angels share pure love between them, the seed from their
       love appears on the highest tower of this castle. From that seed a
       flower blossoms, with the two lovers names embedded onto its leaves.
       It’s the flower of life; it’s the flower of love. From there the flower
       will nurture itself from the light of our moon and sun, the two
      opposites. Three years later a baby will bloom from its interior, and an
      Angel will be born. But you, out of all Angels, know very well the birth
      of Angels. Seeing that you have two, which is one of the most
      exquisite and rarest happenings in our race, since this only come to be
      once every thousand years, or so.”
Virland: “ From the legend passed on to us from many generations back, we
      know that today at midnights is when the portal between the world of
      Shadows and ours will be open, and the Crawlers will be able to come
      through to our plane of time. We must, as Keeper Angels protect this
      Castle, but sincerely we hardly think that the portal shall open, that’s
      why the other Angels haven’t been informed, and it’s an order that you
      do not inform them about this situation either. Go home get ready and
      come back immediately. That is all.”

Without any more words, Dello and Conlyn left the room with worried faces.

The scene switches to Enna, Ian, and Brent. Martello had fallen right next
them, they were all surrounding him. Martello finally opened his eyes.

Martello: “ouch….that girl sure is strong…Brent did you tell them?”
Brent: “Yeah of course…..did you tell them?”
Martello: “didn’t even get a chance….we’ll have to go there tonight.”
Ian: “We want to come too!”
Brent: “ No, you guys have to stay here and guard the time whole, Brent and
       I will go.”
Enna: “wait a second, we are going to have to stay here? But what about aunt
       and grandpa? We have to tell them about this.”
Brent: “NO , look we already told you, this has to take it’s own course, but
       it’s happening a little too early, you guys were supposed to be much
       older, not so young, that’s why we are here to help you out, but things
       have to take a course, we can’t tell anyone else, but the chosen
       ones…other wise…we could change the outcome of things, and then we
would really be in trouble. Don’t worry about your grandpa and aunt, they’ll
be alright, they wont’ worry about you, today they have to stay at the castle
of angels all day, they wont’ even be going home until tomorrow morning,
don’t’ worry. You have to trust us…..”

Ella exchanged a glance with Ian, and they both nodded.
Ian: “fine…we’ll do it, we’ll stay here, you go get them.”



The scene changes to Xejian and Jayce running into the house, up to their
rooms. The camera goes downstairs and shows Conlyn with Dello coming into
the kitchen; the camera turns around to show Jayce and Xejian running into
the kitchen, with their surfing gear on.

Xejian: “All right! Let’s get going!”
Jayce: “Yes we’ve been waiting for months now!”

Jayce and Xejian run towards Dello and Conlyn, they kiss and hug them.

Jayce: “come on mom, hurry up!”
Xejian: “yeah dad, let’s go!”

Conlyn and Dello look at each other and then at the kids.

Conlyn: “Look….we can’t go today. You see….”

Jayce doesn’t let Conlyn finish the sentence, her face changes into an angry
expression.

Jayce: “I knew it! We’ve been waiting months for today! And here you are,
      blowing us away! Thanks a lot!!!!”

Jayce turns around and storms upstairs.

Xejian turns to look towards Jayce and Dello.

Xejian: “So what happened?”

Xejian has a disappointed expression on.

Dello: “Well son, you see they want us back at the Castle of Angels, we just
       came here to clean up, make dinner and make sure you guys were ok.”
Xejian just shrugs his shoulders and gets out of the kitchen.

Conlyn: “I’m going up to talk with Jayce…you start dinner.”
Dello: “Hey she’s just been a spoiled brat you know.”
Conlyn: “Watch it. She’s been waiting for months for this day, and it’s blown
       out, let her be.”

The screen shows Conlyn walking out the door. The screen then shows Conlyn
going into Jayce’s room, where she is getting ready to take a shower in the
bathroom. The door is opened to the bathroom, and you can see the inside,
the toilet, the mirror, the sink, and the bathroom curtain is open, and you
can see that the shower faucet is a sun flower, while the heat control knobs
are the two leaves that grow out from the stem of the sunflower. Conlyn
walks in and looks at Jayce who is getting her clothes ready, she turns
around and looks at her mom, who in turn looks at her, they stare at each
other for a moment, and then smile, Jayce runs to her arms, with her foot,
while hugging her daughter, Conlyn gives a small kick to the door, and it
closes.

The door closes on the screen, it then opens again (it’s a different door now,
it’s the kitchen door) to show Dello and Conlyn out the door.

Dello: “ok…dinner is done, and everything is locked up….so be careful.”
Jayce: “whatever….”
Dello: “now Jayce…..stop been such a butthead and realize already that your
       mom and I have….”

Conlyn turns around to look up at Dello with a hard stern….they hug and kiss
good-bye to the kids. The camera follows Conlyn and Dello inside their ball
of air, as they enter the Castle of Angels, they find Virland and Letta there.

Letta: “We’ll wait in the Moon room, which is where the moon stops at the
       sky to rest. Legend has it that that’s where they will show up.”

Just as Letta is saying this the screen shows the numbers inside the watch
that’s in Dello’s wrist, turn to 12. There’s a whole on the roof of the Moon
Room, it is where you are able to see the moon when it stops, the whole
suddenly turns black, as a time hole opens there…. And nasty looking
creature crawls out of it, the hole spreads its blackness, everything is dark.
And before the Keeper Angels can do anything the hole sucks Dello and
Conlyn in, and the crawler goes along with them…..the hole closes, and there’s
light again. Virland and Letta are unconscious….but the mocking bird (the one
from that morning….) has witnessed it all…he flies off.

The scene switches to show Jayce and Xejian asleep on the couch, the T.V
on. The mocking bird lands on the windowsill. He starts pecking the window,
annoyingly.
Jayce moves and her eyes open.

Jayce: “what in the world?....”

She then realizes what’s making all the noise, she turns around and start to
shake Xejian, making him fall off from the couch.

Xejian: “what the…?”

He then looks up to see Jayce and the mocking bird in the windowsill outside.
He runs to them and opens the window.

Jayce: “WHAT do you think YOU are doing?”

The two mocking bird comes in.

Martello “Your parents are gone; they’ve been sucked into
            the world of shadows, the crawlers took them!...”

Here Xejian grabs the mocking bird and starts to shake him.

Jayce: “slow down…what are you talking about our parents? And who are you
      in the first place? And why were you attacking us this morning…and…”

Xejian lets go of the mocking bird and clamps Jayce’s mouth shut with his
hand. The mocking bird looks up …..

Martello: “Follow me…I’ll explain to you on the way….”
Jayce: “What exactly makes you think that we’ll follow you?”
Martello: “You are the only ones that can help your parents…or they’ll
breathe their last breath.”
Jayce: “WHAT?”

Jayce and Xejian exchange glances, and turn to look at the clock on top of
the TV which says 35 minutes past midnight, Xejian runs to open the kitchen
door and the mocking bird flies out through it, with Jayce and Xejian right
behind him.

Jayce: “start…explaining!”

They are running through the streets….

Martello: “I’m Martello, hurry otherwise the portal will close…”
Jayce: “What are you talking about?”
Martello: “This morning I was giving you a warning, but you didn’t listen. Your
      parents have been kidnapped, sucked right into the world of Shadows,
      where the crawlers live. You are the only ones that can help them,
      there’s another portal that will stay open until 1 am, and after that
      the way to the world of Shadows will be closed for another century,
      hurry we don’t have much time…Ian and Enna are waiting for us.”
Xejian: “Hold it…..who are they?”
Martello: “Look, you know the legend don’t you? It’s finally happened, Brent
and I are here to help you, Ian, Enna and you two are the only ones that can
see us, so you are the ones we’ve come to help….”
Jayce: “But the legend says that the crawlers we’ll come to our world….but
      that’s as far as it gets…wait a second who’s Brent?”
Martello: “Well that’s because you never got the whole part of the legend.
      The crawlers are supposed to take two Angels with them back to their
      world, and feed off from their suffering as they miss their world and
      home…and Brent is the other mocking bird, he’s with Enna and Ian.”
Xejian: “Yeah, and how do you expect us to defeat them uh? It’s us against a
      whole population of them…and the legend never said how the Angels
      defeat the crawlers.”
Brent: “A group of 4 Angels, Keeper Angels, will find the way.”
Jayce: “And you are insinuating that that group includes us? You are crazy….”
They had finally arrived, they were it the forest, and there was a black
whole on the floor, next to which there are two other Keeper Angels, kids, a
boy, Ian, and a girl Enna. Ian is Jayce’s age, and Enna is Xejian age.

Jayce: “hello?”
Enna: “Brent, Martello….?”
Ian: “What my sister meant is, we are Ian and Enna…and you are..?”
Xejian: “My sister Jayce….and me, Xejian.”
Brent: “Not to disturb this heart-felt moment, but we only have 2
       minutes…or the portal will closed.”
Jayce: “So….Our parents are in there?”
Martello: “Yes…doomed for eternal suffering…until they perish.”

Jayce’s face shows preoccupation, sadness, frustration, Xejian takes a hold
of her hand and whispers.

Xejian: “It’ll be ok. “

And together they both jump.

Enna: “What are WE waiting for?”

She held into Ian’s hand and they both jumped, with Brent and Martello
following up.

They all land on hard floor, it all looks like a burnt volcanoes’ inside. There’s
no vegetation whatsoever, and everything is dark, you can hardly see what’s
in front of you. Enna fell on top of Xejian, while Ian fell on top of Jayce.

Jayce & Xejian: “Get off of me!”

After managing to get untangled with each other, Martello and Brent appear.
Ian looks up towards them.

Ian: “Where do we go now?”
Xejian: “Yes…how will we find my parents?”
Martello: “Look over there….’
Brent then points with one of his wings towards the pointy mountain towards
the North.

Jayce: “They’re in a volcano?”

Jayce looks extremely worried, and turns to face her brother, he gives her a
small encouraging nod, and they all start to walk towards it.

Enna: “Brent…Martello…where are all the crawlers?”

She asks as they all look around, there’s no sky, it is all rocks and old trees
without leaves. The rock or land in which they are walking to get to the
volcano is in a floating state, the surroundings are black and red, like if it
was space.

Martello: “they are all in the ceremony.”
Xejian: “What ceremony.”
Brent: “The ceremony of the on coming of the Keeper Angels.”
Jayce: “But why?....WHY did it have to be our parents?”
Martello: “It was destiny….meant to be.”
Enna: “Wait a second, do the crawlers know that there are four Keeper
       Angels that will come to save the other Keeper Angels and destroy
       them.”
Brent: “Yes.”
Ian: “Then they must be expecting us, we better keep out eyes wide open.”

They had entered a stage full of dead rose bushes, without the roses, only
the dead brown stems and the thorns. Jayce picks up her pace to walk next
to Xejian, while Enna and Ian hang a little back with Martello and Brent.

Jayce: “Hey bro….”
Xejian: “what’s eating you?”
Jayce: “…what happens….if we can’t do it? And we all die?....I mean last time
      I saw mom… I…I.....wasn’t exactly the best daughter. And now that I
      know what it was that they were going to do…I understand…”

Xejian puts his hand on her shoulder.
Xejian: “It’s alright, mom will always love you no matter what, and so will dad.
      But now you know that next time..”
Jayce: “I’ll listen to what they have to say, before I storm off in a rage.”
Xejian: “Exactly. Everyone makes mistakes Jayce….but what makes a
      difference, is to learn from them.”

[ Here is where a fast music starts, the lyrics are of courage and bravery,
you see them traveling through tough spots, and helping each other out, at
some points they even laugh.]

They’ve traveled far, the castle is not so far away now. They take a rest and
look up towards where the castle is.
Jayce smiles, and that’s when Enna hears something, a rustling sound, coming
form behind them.

Ian: “did you guys hear that?”
Xejian: “I heard that.”
Enna: “so did I.”

Jayce looks around a little confused, and that’s when a horrible looking
monsters crawls out of a bush, everything seems to get a shade darker, the
wind blows, and they can hear the rasping breathing of the creature. It
points to the floor, and it cracks, giving out. The group falls down, as the
crawler laughs and leaves, assure that they shall meet their death.

Xejian, Jayce, Enna and Ian: “AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!”

The camera follows them as they keep on falling, when Xejian manages to
grab onto a dead tree branch, Enna grabs onto Xejian’s hand, but Ian and
Jayce fall onto a sticky looking lagoon. The sticky substance quickly sticks on
them both and they start to sink. Enna is close enough to Ian to grab his
hand, as Xejian manages to go down the tree without letting go of Enna’s
hand, hence managing to get Ian unstuck as well. Xejian turns around to look
for Jayce, whose shoulders are already under the sticky substance.

Xejian: ‘JAYCE! HOLD ON!”
Jayce is in the middle of the lagoon, she tries hard to move towards Xejian,
but isn’t able to. Xejian looks around for something, but isn’t able to find
anything, he starts to approach the lagoon.

Jayce: “What do YOU think you are doing?”
Xejian: “I’m going in there!”
Jayce: “Enna , Ian don’t let him……bro…just…find mom and dad…” [her last
      words are hardly audible]

Enna and Ian grab onto Xejian and pull him back; there are tears in their
eyes as they see Jayce go on under the sticky lagoon in slow motion, the
camera focuses on Xejian’s face, he’s horrified, it stays there for a while as
it shows the pain in Xejian’s face.

Xejian: “NO! let me GO! Sis! Noooooooo!”

His voice is like an echo…..
Xejian tries to fight Enna and Ian off, but they hold on tight to him. The
camera goes into the lagoon, and dives into it, it shows that there’s another
passage once you go through the depths of the lagoon, and there lays Jayce,
face-up with her eyes closed, and she’s covered in the lagoon’s sticky
substance. [during this whole time there’s been a suspense type of music
playing on the background.]
Her eyes start to flicker…and they slowly open. The camera is zoomed in, so
that the whole screen is filled up with her face. As her eyes completely open
the camera zooms out. Jayce slowly sits up with her hand to her head.

Jayce: “What the heck….happened?....Xejian?”

A drop of the lagoon’s mud falls on top of Jayce, she looks up to see that at
the top of her head…is the bottom of the lagoon.

Jayce: “What am I going to DO?”

She finally gets up and looks around, and takes in a deep breath; she then
realizes that mountain top that’s on the North side of her is a little nearer
now. She looks around to her surrounding; it’s even more solitary, and a little
darker. The pieces of land on which she is walking are also floating,
Jayce: “Xejian will move on…I know he will, for mom and dad. We’ll just have
      to meet up at the mountain…that’s all there is to it.”

Jayce takes her first step and starts to walk towards the mountain, and
somehow as she keeps on walking, the mud spots on her start to magically
fall down, she doesn’t notice it though.

The camera switches back to Xejian and the group. He is sitting down next
to the dead tree; he’s looking at his hands. Enna is next to him, Ian is trying
to clean himself.

Enna: “Come on let’s go, we have to save your parents.”
Xejian: “My sister…she just…drowned! Give me 5 minutes at least! For the
       love of her! Damn it! Don’t you see the pain I’m in?”

Enna doesn’t look shocked or hurt at Xejian’s outburst.

Enna: “But we don’t’ have that time Xejian…it’s your parents in the line here.”

Xejian looks up towards Enna, there are tears rolling down his eyes, he wipes
them out, and looks towards the lagoon.

Xejian: “For mom and dad.”

He finally gets up and sighs, he turns to look towards Ian.

Xejian: “….Take care of him.”

He says in a whisper to Enna, he then turns to Martello and Brent.

Xejian: “Let’s….get going boys.”

They all get up and start to march towards the mountain, with Brent and
Martello behind them, they look on up towards the mountain.

Enna: “We better be careful, since they know we are here.”
Ian: “Yes…..now we are no more. The crawlers think we are gone, so now we
       have the element of surprise.”
Xejian: “Martello…Brent…does the legend say anything else?”
Martello: “No, there isn’t anything else.”

They continue walking on through the rocky-dead path, towards their goal,
the Volcano Mountain. Xejian is thinking hard about the problem with the
crawlers, and how they will fight them.

Xejian: “We need a plan.”

Everyone looks at him and they all nod with a suppressed smile. But that’s
when suddenly the land starts to tremble.

Enna: “What’s going on?”

The movement of the rock-path is too strong they can’t keep standing and
they all fall down to their knees, and rocks start to fall towards them.

Martello: “Where are these comings from?”

They manage to get up and start to dodge the rocks, when they see a sort of
cave near by. Enna is unable to dodge it, and it hits her in the head, a trickle
of blood instantly starts to fall down her forehead, she staggers a bit.

Ian: “In there!”

Xejian pushes Enna towards the cave. Ian is in front of her, he gets in first.
Martello and Brent take refuge there too.

Brent: “We’ll just have to wait….until it passes over.”
Xejian: “but it we DON’T have the time to wait.”
Ian: “Sis! You’re hurt!”
Enna: “I’m fine.”
Xejian: “Let me see that.”

Xejian stood in front of Enna and checked the top of her head, he found a
cut, but it wasn’t too deep.
Xejian: “don’t worry Ian, she’ll be ok.”

The camera then switches to show Jayce walking around slowly; she’s still on
track to the volcano mountain.

Jayce: “I wonder if they’re there yet…..I hope mom and dad are ok…”

She keeps on walking when she realizes what’s in front of her. It’s the brink
of an abyss, and the only way around is through a double long track to the
mountain or to jump from floating rock to floating rock until you reach the
solid track on the other side, but the floating rocks are spaced apart, so if
she doesn’t reach it she’ll fall off into the dark abyss. As soon as Jayce
spots the abyss, she turns pallid and falls to her knees.

Jayce: “whoa….that-tha-th-that’s one looooong fall.”

She’s on her fours, looking down, her face is incredibly white, she tries to
smile, but she can’t, she looks up.

Jayce: “Why don’t we make it a little harder!!”

She says sarcastically. Slowly she turns around and crawls back, she then
spots the doubly long track to the volcano mountain, and she chooses that
one. There is sweat running down her face, she has a stern look on.

Jayce: “I’ll just run to make up for the longer track… I just can’t take the
      other route…I’m….I’m….”

She has a pained look on.

Jayce: “Too …scared.”

You see her start to run, the camera focuses on her feet, as they move on
fast and fast, and dust moves up.
The camera switches to Xejian, Ian, Enna, Martello, and Brent. The rock
shower is still going on. Everyone is at the edge of the cave looking out at
the rock rain, except for Xejian, who is looking at the back of the cave….

Xejian: “Guys…guys!”

Everyone turns around to run to the back of the cave where Xejian has
found a small hole.

Xejian: “Come on let’s go, there’s no time to loose.”
Enna: “Right behind you.”

Xejian goes in through the hole first, then comes Ian, after him is Enna and
then Martello and Brent. By now the blood on Enna’s cut has dried, but you
can still see the stain it left on her forehead. They crawl through, since the
hole is the opening of a tunnel. There’s not enough space for them to stand
up, therefore they have to crawl.

Ian: “do you see anything?”
Xejian: “Yes…just a little..faaaaAAAAAAAAA!!!!”

The small part of the cave that was holding Xejian gives out, but he manages
to hold on to the edge of it as it falls…. A creepy laugh runs through out the
small tunnel, it’s a crawler.
It appears at the other edge of the hole, where the floor gave out of the
cave, Ian grabs Xejian hands, so that he is the only connection to safety for
Xejian. Enna’s eyes open up wide when she spots the shadow of the crawler
who jumped from one edge of the hole to the other, landing right on Ian’s
back, scratching him with his oddly lengthy and vicious claws. Ian’s shirt
starts to get stained, but you are not able to see the red color of the blood
since it’s so dark.

Ian: [moans in pain]

Enna stretches her hand out to punch the crawler in the face, but the
crawler turn it’s neck all the way around, and the punch that was meant for
the back of his head ends up in his mouth, where he stops it by biting down
hard on Enna’s hand.
Enna: “aagggh! You scumbag!”

She draws her hand back in which drips some blood.

Xejian: “let go off me!”
Ian: “What are you? Crazy?”

Xejian struggles, but Ian doesn’t let go of his hand, Martello and Brent are
flying somewhere on top of Crawlers head, trying to hurt him. Suddenly
Xejian’s weight and struggling is too much for Ian to be able to hold him, but
Ian doesn’t let go, Xejian starts to fall, with Ian still holding on to him, so
Ian starts to slip down as well, when Enna sees this, she grabs Ian’s legs…and
she falls as well. They keep on falling through the dark place, it’s like
another small tunnel, Xejian gets smashed against the one wall and scratches
his face. As they keep on falling they hear Martello’s and Brent’s cry of
agony and pain….
They finally reach bottom…They have fallen

Jayce: “Get off OF ME!”

Xejian gets up to find that he was fallen on Jayce (as she finally reached the
other side of the island). A look of excitement appears, his eyes glow with
joy, a smile of love creeps into his broken lips, he doesn’t wait any longer, he
jumps to her and embraces her in the most heart-warming hug he’s ever
given her.

Xejian: “ O sis….Jayce….I love you.”

Jayce looks hugs him back, but not with so much feeling, seeing as she hasn’t’
really experienced the loss that he did.

Xejian: “How did you get here? What happened? We though yo were
      dead..and…and..”

Enna clamps a hand over Xejian’s mouth.

Enna: “Please tell us.”
Jayce: “Well…when I fell through the sticky lagoon it led me to a new route
      or something, and I knew that you would continue on to the journey to
      save mom and dad. Therefore we would be able to meet at the
      volcano.”

Jayce skips the part when she was just too scared of heights to get to the
other side of the route, and in stead took the doubly long way.

She starts to look around, because something doesn’t feel right, and she
realizes that Martello and Brent are missing.

Jayce: “Hey…where are Martello and Brent?”

Ian looks to Enna who in turns looks at Xejian, no one really knows how to
break it down to her.

Ian: “Look Jayce, they…we had a fight with a crawler, and that’s somehow
how we got here. They….they …couldn’t make it.”

And just as he is saying this he puts a hand on her shoulder, and some of the
Martello’s and Brent’s feather’s fall…from the passage where Xejian, Enna
and Ian came out from.

Jayce: “You mean…they are….?”

Enna nods and puts a hand on her shoulder. Jayce starts to walk away from
them, she’s upset. [a starts to play in the background.] Slowly the camera
focuses on each of their faces in slow motion, as their sad emotions are
expressed. The camera follows Jayce as she walks away, her face fills the
entire screen.

Jayce: “The crawlers will pay.”

The camera switches to Xejian as he nods to Enna and Ian, they follow
Jayce. Xejian catches up to her, and holds her hand. He has a very upset
face on, he’s upset towards the crawlers, and his emotion is into his rage.
The camera switches to the dark-red weird “sky”…rain start to pour down,
but it’s brown rain. All four of them start to run, when they realize that
they are very near the volcano.

Xejian: “Hurry!”
Ian: “I second that!!”

Abruptly they fall into a trap, a net springs out from the ground and it
starts to pull them up. When a rotten and old rock castle comes into view
and a crawler is at the top. They are being pulled up towards the roof.

Jayce: “ O no… we’ve been captured.”
Ian: “NO duh, Sherlock.”
Enna: “hey cool it.”

They reach the top castle and are thrown, still inside the net, to the roof,
where a medium sized crawler is at, with drool on his mouth. He is holding a
cage, and inside the cage you can se the forms of Martello and Brent.

Everyone: “Martello ? Brent? !”

The crawler throws the cage on the floor and walks towards them, he kicks
the net, hurting them all and he jumps off the roof.

Ian: “well….what a welcome…hey I think they are unconscious.”

Ian manages to point towards the cage where Martello and Brent. Together
they manage to roll closer to them.

Xejian: “ok…let’s try and wake them up.”
Jayce: “WAKE UP!!!!!!!!”

Martello and Brent jump up and hit their heads on the cage roof.

Enna: “You guys are ok!”
Brent: “yes we are…as you guys fell through the cage, the crawler trapped us
       in the cage, and took us up here. He was talking to another crawler and
       we heard that…they shall start the ceremony of torture at midnight
       today. Your parents are located in a cell in the middle of the volcano.”
Jayce: “wait a second…we’ve been here for a day?... o great……does anyone
       know what time it is?”
Martello: “well….it is 10:15 p.m.”
Ian: “We don’t have much time.”
Enna: “Why does everything have to happen at midnight?..jeez!
       We don’t eve know how to get out of here…”
Xejian: “I do.”

Xejian tries to move around, but there’s not enough space. After a few
moments he finally finds what he’s looking for. Where the knot of the net is.
He starts to bite it, and then uses his hand, the tension is on, and the
camera focuses on Xejian’s face, sweat dripping down his forehead, his
cheeks are flushed. When a glimmer comes into his eyes and the camera
shows that Xejian has undone the knot, the net opens up.
He crawls out of it and helps Enna out. Ian comes after, and helps Jayce out,
she looks at the net and picks it up, they all look at her with a questioning
stare.



Jayce: “What? It could be useful you know.”

The all turn to Martello’s and Brent’s cage.

Ian: “how are we going to open this up?”
Enna: “NO idea.”

Everyone tries to look around for something, but there’s nothing. That’s
when Jayce, while she was walking around, realizes that they are at a very
high building, and there are no railings, it looks like a cave, instead of a roof.
Jayce is able to see the abyss next to the brink; she crawls away from it,
sweat poring down her face. Out of no where they star to hear laughter, and
everyone freezes.

Ian: “It’s them…the crawlers …they are coming…”
Ian and Enna grab the cage, while Xejian decides to try and find an exit, he’s
looking somewhere near the brink. Jayce is in the middle of the roof, not
wanting to go anywhere near the brink, she wants to help but she can’t. She
knows she’s being a burden, at the moment since she can’t help, she’s
paralyzed with fear. That’s when the ground starts to tremble, and
everything turns a shade darker, the ground under Jayce start to crack, but
the only other place for her to go is somewhere near the verge, she can’t
move. Enna and Ian look at each other with nervous eyes; they are still
holding the cage together.
They start to run towards Jayce and together they push her, the camera
slowly follows Jayce’s body flying out and stopping a few feet aside, it’s all in
slow motion, until Jayce hits the ground. The camera instantly switches to
show how Enna and Ian, they are still holding the cage between them, and
they fall right where Jayce was before. They are on their knees about to
get up, but the pressure on the ground is too much, the ground shakes again,
some cracks appear, and the floor goes down, sucking in Enna, Ian and the
cage with it. An incredibly bright light shines and makes a small outline …but
they are gone through the hole.

Jayce: “no!!!”

The ground shakes again, and Xejian is thrown to the edge, he’s only holding
on with his hands, the camera shows the drop, and how at the end of the
drop pointy rocks are waiting for him, his face is flushed red, he is trying to
hold on. Jayce turns to see her brother at the rim, holding on for life. She
crawls as fast as she can and grabs his hand, holding on to the edge with the
other one. The camera shows both their faces on the screen, Jayce doesn’t
look down, the ground shakes again, and some more cracks appear.

Xejian: “You have to LET me go.”
Jayce: “NO! I won’t loose you!”

Xejian ‘s weight is too much for Jayce, they both now start to slide down
towards the abyss, Jayce looks sick, and Xejian lets go, but Jayce keeps her
hand grabbed onto his wrist, he looks up, he has teary eyes.

Xejian: “Let ME go….”
Jayce: “ no…no …no…no…NO!!!”
But the weight is too much, Xejian starts to slip away… she can’t hold on
anymore, the pressure is too much, she’s pallid, she’s sweating, and her fear
is telling her to pull back. The camera focuses on Xejian as he starts to fall,
it shows how Jayce can’t hold on to his wrist anymore….and how his wrists
slips form her grip.

Jayce: “…no!”

Jayce gets up and dives into the abyss, head first, she stretches her hands
out the camera follows her fall, her hand is now closer to Xejian’s one and
they clasp (their hands) in the air. The screen is filled with Jayce’s and
Xejian’s hand, just as they (the hands) embrace, a sweet music comes on,
lights surround them, and they stop falling their hands unclasp. The camera
focuses on Jayce, she goes into fetal position, she starts to spin slowly, from
side to side and upside down, her back is to the screen and two beautiful
pearl white wings pop out slowly, and gradually unfold to show their
greatness. The camera switches to Xejian, and shows him in the same
position; they show how his wings pop out as well. Finally the music stops.
Jayce starts to beat her wings, and she’s flying, she looks down and sees
Xejian, with wings as well. They both smile up at each other and fly up. Their
eyes glittering with emotion, their wings beating hard on the wind, ridding
with it. [ a fast beat music begins.] They spot the volcano and fly hard
towards it.

Xejian: “It’s time to go.”
Jayce: “Yup… it’s getting quite late.”

The camera follows them as they fly into the volcano, it’s extremely hot, and
they instantly spot their parents inside in a somewhat rock cell that’s in the
middle been held by four rock paths. The lava is bubbling somewhere below.
Xejian and Jayce are able to catch a glimpse of their parents, they can
barely see them through a tiny hole, but they know they are there.

Xejian and Jayce: “MOM DAD!!!!....aaaggggghhh!”
Conlyn: “oo no! watch out!”
Dello: “Xejian , Jayce!...”
When a swarm of crawling Crawlers pop out of nowhere and start flying
around towards Xejian and Jayce, who are having a little bit of trouble
flying.

Jayce: “It looks so easy when mom and dad do it you know!”
Xejian: “We have to stick together!”

The crawlers jump on top of Xejian and Jayce swarming them like
mosquitoes on a day old stake. They scratch and bite them, Jayce and Xejian
try flying around but they can’t do much to take them off, there’s too many
of them.

Ian: “The Cavalry is here!”

And that’s when Ian and Enna show up, with wings as well, Martello and Brent
are right behind. Jayce and Xejian see them and light up with joy, quickly
Enna and Ian start to pull the crawlers out and throw them.

More crawlers show up and start to attack. The tension is high, but the
group is holding out well. Jayce flies around and smacks them down, Ian
throws them out, and Enna and Xejian flip and kick them. Two crawlers come
towards Jayce at once, she is able to elevate higher and as they come she
crashes on to them with her legs, kicking them both on the face and sending
them down. Another crawler jumps on Ian’s face, his vision is blocked he
down’s know what to do, he start to fly forward and crashes on to a side of
the volcano, the crawler falls down, Ian is a little dizzy and a crooked smile
appears, but he quickly gets back on track as more crawlers come towards
him. Enna and Xejian are fighting side b y side, their backs are to each
other, and just as they seem to be defeating the crawlers…. A complete
army of crawlers show up.

Enna: “There are too many of them!”

The camera starts to show each o their faces, how emotions flips through
them, how anger shows, how they are struggling to survive, so they can save
Conlyn and Dello and themselves. The center of attention in the screen is
Jayce, as more crawlers swarm in on her, she tries hard to battle them, but
there are too many, the start to pull on her wings, she’s bleeding, like
everyone else. But something in her eyes changes, she’s full of rage; she has
to go save her parents. Dramatic music comes on, and suddenly she spreads
her arms apart, her legs straighten out, she almost resembles a star, a light
pours out of her, the camera circles around her, showing every angle, the
moment this happens, it starts to happen to Xejian. The light pours into the
crawlers and they start to scream, shielding their eyes, smoke starts coming
out from them, they start to jump away and retreat screaming in agonizing
pain. Ian and Enna are stupefied, looking towards Xejian and Jayce, as light
pours out of them.

Jayce opens her eyes, and so does Xejian, light stops pouring out of them,
they fly towards the cell, but they don’t know how to open it.

Enna and Ian look at each other, they know what to do.

Ian: “Martello , Brent, start thinking of how we are getting back to our own
      world.”
Martello: “Well you better start thinking fast, because that will happen in
      about 15 minutes.”

Ian looks somewhat nervous, but it doesn’t matter. Enna and him dive
towards the cell, their arms out in front of them they are going at an
extremely high speed, when a blinding light shoots out from their palms and
hits the rock cell breaking it apart, and freeing Conlyn and Dello, who fly at
high speed to meet Xejian and Jayce.

Conlyn: “ o you guys!.....have WINGS?”
Jayce: “ya….about that hehe…. Did you see us kick some aaaaaaaaa……”

But Jayce doesn’t finish her sentence because Martello and Brent start to
flutter around them.

Martello: “hey , it’s 7 minutes to midnight…it’s time to go.”
Brent: “Wait they still have to seal this world……”
Dello: “ who are you? And how do you know a portal will open up.”
Martello: “well I’m Martello and I know the portal will open up because…I’m
              Martello.”
Jayce and Xejian fly towards Ian and Enna. They fly up and gold hands in a
circles, Jayce is holding hands with Xejian and Ian, Ian is holding on to Enna
who in turn is holding on to Xejian. They fly together, and slowly start to
spin , a huge ball of white light is formed, and it start to spread quickly all
around them, everything turns into smoke, the light consumes the
planet….and the portal finally opens up, sucking them all through it, taking
them back to their plane of time, and their own world.

The scene comes back on with Ian chasing Jayce as they play tag, they are in
the air flying as fast as they can, when Xejian and Enna come out from
behind, Xejian catches Jayce, and Enna catches Ian, they all roll around in
the air, when out of no where Dello and Conlyn come out, showering them
with water. Dello and Conlyn give them all a huge hug, making everyone get
squished, Enna is next to Xejian, their arms touching, they both blush. Ian’s
cheek is squished with Jayce’s both of them blush, and they all break out in
giggles.

The camera starts to zoom out and there it shows somewhere on the floor
Virland and Letta walking towards them.

Ian & Enna: “Aunt, Grandpa!!”

The scene zooms out….and it ends.
