Flea Market/Craft Vendor Contract

CONTRACT AGREEMENT-The undersigned dealer agrees to the contractual terms as specified below.
1.The Lincoln Park Day Association (hereafter called L.P.D.A.), the Borough of Lincoln Park, the Lincoln
Park Board of Education, and any other community associations affiliated with the L.P.D.A. will not be
held liable for any occurrence, loss or damage to the dealer’s merchandise, nor are they responsible
for personal injury to the dealer or his/her associates.
2.Only types of merchandise listed on contract response will be allowed. L.P.D.A. reserves the
right to restrict the sale of any items felt not to be in good standing with the organization
(these include but are not limited to pornographic material, smoke bombs, snaps, bomb bags, silly
string and pyrotechnic materials) The L.P.D.A. will confiscate such items if presented for sale.
3. The fee for each 10 X 12 foot space is $50.00 per space. Contracts postmarked after September
15, 2011 will be $60.00 per space must be paid by cash or money order.
4. On the day of the event, any available spaces will be $100.00 cash and assigned to interested vendors
on a first come-first served basis after 8:00 am.
5.THE FLEA MARKET/CRAFT FAIR WILL BE ON MAIN STREET AND CHAPEL HILL ROAD. Check-
in will be at the train station at Comly Road and Main Street. Signs to the check-in locations will be
posted. All vendors must check in and present I.D. to receive reserved space number(s).
6. Vendors must contain their displays within their assigned space(s). Set-up & unloading will begin at
7am, after check-in. Vehicles may be brought to your space to unload. As quickly as possible after
unloading, vehicles must removed from the street to nearby parking areas reserved for vendors. Event
volunteers will be on hand, if needed, to monitor spaces when vendors leave to park their vehicle.
7.Vendors must be checked into their assigned spaces by 8:30 am. and set up by 9:00 am. The L.P.D.A.
reserves the right to utilize any space not occupied by 8:30 am.
8. Termination of this agreement by the dealer results in L.P.D.A. retaining rental fees.
9.Rental fees are not refundable. Return the portion below with check or money order.
