    communications or marketing course, your
    career goals and how this scholarship will help

   Looking for an individual with leadership
    qualities and a willingness to help others.

   You participate in an interview session and if
    successful;
   Receive a $2000 cash award, training, and a 4-
    month paid internship with CBC.
   Many recipients of this award find
    employment with CBC as a journalist.
   It is meant to reward those with exceptional
    academic performance.

   Deadline
   In order to be eligible you must be an
    Aboriginal, Métis or Inuit permanent Canadian
    resident, have a desire to follow a path to a
    career in the broadcast industry.
   You don’t have to worry about working while
    going to school.
   They can help you pay tuition and other school
    related costs.
   Some assist you with living expenses.
   Some offer summer employment or paid
    interests as a bonus to the scholarship.
