“connected” to your life, family and friends? Are you perhaps
holding your breath, until you are totally settled or back
home? Hold your breath no more! Join us at our Monthly
Coffee Morning this spring and celebrate your connection to
the worldly life (February), to your body and health (March) and to the people
around you (April).

In line with Monthly Coffee Morning Spring theme, Connection, we invite
you to come join us on March Coffee Morning and improve your connection to
yourbody. Whether you are already running miles or just contemplating fitness
options you will take away invaluable information and exercise tips from
Personal Trainer Tim Kim and Yoga Instructor Katja Otter. Both certified

more effective and safe. Though short, each session promises to get you
out of your chair as you learn the key movements, so come dressed
comfortably and have lots of fun!

WORKING WOMEN’S NETWORK (WWN)
Whether you are dedicated to raising a family, dedicated to a career or
balancing both, we are all working women. This group is designed for SIWA
members, and their friends, who cannot attend the monthly coffee
mornings. Our focus is networking, be it social or professional, rather than
lectures or seminars, and providing such opportunities to fit our busy
weekday schedules. WWN meets for dinner regularly, the third Thursday
evening of every month, at different restaurants in the city. Thursday night
dinners are open to all women and the WWN weekend events are open to
friends, partners, spouses, and families.
Please check www.siwapage.com for upcoming events.

SIWA PHOTOGRAPHY COMMITTEE
Anyone who would like to become involved in the photography side of SIWA is
welcome to join in the Photography Committee. There are many ways we can
use photography in our organization. We would like to become active in
promoting SIWA through photographic journals, preserving memories of SIWA
events, and archiving historical photographs. Regular meetings to work on
ideas, and develop systems to this end are planned. Please email
email@example.com if you are interested in sharing your ideas and
interest with others.
Please notice: you must be a SIWA member or plan to become
a SIWA member when you’re attending the SIWA Clubs,
Networks and Committees
Life in the Internet era is changing very fast - and SIWA needs to keep up with
you and your habits of using all kind of electronic communication to stay in
contact with your friends.
Websites tend to be too inflexible these days and we do not have the possibility
to be interactive with you. As a SIWA member, you would like to feel more as a
part of a community. You want to exchange about topics, share experiences,
give immediate feedback to things, stay in close contact to SIWA and your
friends, chat....be more (inter-) active in our international family! And we want to
be more closer to you! Therefore we launched a SIWA Facebook site.
You need a Facebook account to get involved in Wall Postings, Discussions,
Uploading Pictures etc. Don't be afraid, if you still have no Facebook account. It
is easy to set up and you do not need to give any personal information in your
Profile. You can keep it simple and very anonymous if you want.
As I am also not a Facebook crack, so please be patient with me. The SIWA site is
in its initial steps. It needs to be filled and brought to life - especially with your
comments and feedback.
Press the "I like it" button and become a friend of SIWA.....and you have all new
information immediately on your computer. Please check it out and click here
