The design process has been undertaken with the express intent of making prepare
the administration process as simple as possible and, as such, the input online tutorial
required into the system is minimal, but where required is crucial for step by step
The system has been tested with a number of service providers and has
been very well received, with a number of practical requests being taken
on-board, and all being able to see the merits of the new system very
The software is interactive and operates in real time, one of the many
benefits of which is that Start Plus officers and your own officers will be
able to see, at a glance, what vacancies are available at any given time.
We are now in the final stages of this development and are pleased to be
able to inform you that we should be in a position to go live with the new
software towards the end of June.
In the meantime we would like to arrange some overviews and short
training sessions for your staff that will be using the system and would be
grateful if you could complete and return the enclosed form, listing your
staff that will be using the system (therefore requiring training) no later
than Wednesday 26th May, 2010 in order for the venues to be arranged for
mid June. We have secured training venues for the following dates in June
Each session would last for about three hours and will run from 10.00 –
13.00 and 13.30 to 16.30 respectively. Please indicate on the attached form
your preferences for the dates and time :( morning or afternoon). Please
note that we cannot guarantee to meet your preferences, but would
endeavour to do so. You will receive details of training and confirmation
upon completion and return of the attached form.
Please fax the completed form to 020 8937 2185, or post to Start Plus.

additional training is given if necessary.
