ENGINEERING CONFERENCE
                         WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 19, 2005
                        HOLIDAY INN, DAVENPORT, IOWA
Representatives of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and the Society of American Military
Engineers (SAME) have organized the annual Engineering Conference. The attached program lists the
wide range of technical topics and professional interests offered at the one-day conference. Lunch will be
provided as a part of the conference registration fee. The luncheon and lunch program will also serve as
the October meeting of the Rock Island Post of SAME. To maintain an accurate lunch attendance count, we
ask that luncheon only attendees return this registration sheet with “Lunch Only” checked prior to the
conference date. To provide a great opportunity to interact with our colleagues, the Conference
sponsors are providing a reception after the end of the program. Plan to attend and socialize with
Conference attendees.

Multiple registrations within organizations, agencies and engineering firms are encouraged to take advantage
of the educational opportunities the seminar provides to participants. The conference has been planned in
accordance with the criteria established by the Iowa Engineering and Land Surveying Examining Board
(IELSEB) for awarding Professional Development Hours (PDH’s). Certificates of Completion will be
available for documentation by participants.
