									                    DISPOSITION OF PERSONAL PROPERTY
             AND SECURITY DEPOSIT IN CASE OF DEATH OF RESIDENT


 I, _________________________ (“Resident”), ________________________________

_________________________ (Designee’s address), __________________ (Designee’s
Telephone Number) as contact person in case of my death. The ________________
Housing Authority and its authorized representatives are hereby authorized to:
              1. grant Designee access to the leased premises at a reasonable time and in the
presence of the Authority or it's agent;
              2. allow Designee to remove any of Resident's property, including cash, found
at the leased premises; and
         3. refund to Designee Resident's security deposit, less lawful deductions, plus
any other refunds.

              The Authority will comply with Section 92.014 of the Texas Property Code
concerning the disposition of personal property and security deposit in case of death of
Resident.
              Resident understands and agrees that this Agreement shall be incorporated in
the Dwelling Lease Agreement executed between the ________________Housing
Authority and Resident.
