Cure4Kayte has been organized in order to raise funds for Kayte Hollingsworth.
Kayte has been fighting Fibrolamellar Hepatocellular Carcinoma (FHC) for almost
four years. It has been a long, hard fight and she has been looking for a cure
since the beginning. She has been offered a chance for a cure with a
combination of liver and bone-marrow transplants and other types of surgical and
cellular therapy options. The golf tournament/fundraiser will provide us with an
opportunity to raise awareness and money for a worthy cause.

Where:         Meadows at Bay Point
               4701Bay Point Drive, Panama City Beach, FL
Format:        Captain’s Choice Scramble (4 Man Teams)
When:          Friday, May 11, 2012 – lunch and registration at noon, Shotgun
               start at 1:00 p.m.
Donation:      $75.00 per player or $350.00 for 4 players and a hole sponsorship
               (includes lunch, Cart Fees, Green Fees and Tournament Scoring)
               Individual Registrations are Welcome! Teams will be assigned

Range Balls available at No Charge (bulked in pyramid stackers)
Rental Clubs Available $20/per player (limited quantity) - if needed
