For NSCLA, Carolina Shootout, Hogan’s Hershey, Tri-State Tournaments Only

For ‘away’ tournaments you, as a parent, are responsible for booking your own
room for your son and yourselves. We have set up limited discounted blocks for
you listed below. Feel free to stay at ANY of the hotel recommendations or book
on your own elsewhere. We just want you to book early so you get a room. You
are also responsible for transportation and food at all “away” tournaments.
Madlax coaches are not responsible for monitoring behavior off the field at these
away tourneys. Many of the hotels give FREE breakfasts so be sure to ask. We
have set up discounted blocks that expire at these hotels below so you can call
NOW to get a team rate!

Note: All Block end about 30 days prior to tournament start date. THESE
BLOCKS WILL SELL OUT SO DON’T HESITATE to BOOK so it is smarter to
book now and cancel then to scramble later.

your beds. You do NOT need to book a hotel. Your tournament fee, which you
will pay directly to the tournament in June, includes dorm and food and
transportation to and from games. You eat three meals a day in a college
cafeteria as a team. Bring fans in case rooms are not A/C. Players will either
walk to all games or are driven in a van provided by the camp. Parents can stay
locally in a hotel but it is not necessary as the players will be monitored and
guided by coaches and camp staff all day.
