screen                           locations even though this typically won't happen. Ususally there are not
                                 multiple locations for home providers, however this is not being restricted.
                                 Provider HOH will therefore show up on Household Members screen for each
                                 location.
Provider Location Rates screen   User is in the context of a location when viewing this screen. A location is               2/6/2012
                                 selected on the Provider Search and address indicator is then displayed in the
                                 header.
Provider Notes screen            Remove Location field since the user is already in the context of a location when          2/6/2012

Transfer view                   Item Details screen, but explains how several different types of cases can be
                                handled in terms of transfers/shared cases (the functionality is flexible enough
                                where it can be left up to the user whether a transfer request or shared case is
                                created when special situations arise):
                                1. If one child is moving from one R&R/Site to another and it is not mid-month,
                                this is just a transfer, and no temporary shared case would be created.
                                2. If case goes from 1 R&R to 2 sites, the case could be transferred first from
                                the R&R to one of the sites and then a shared case could be created between
                                the 2 sites..
                                3. Carole Robertson is a site that has 1 centralized location doing data entry for
                                multiple locations so if 2 children on a case are receiving care from 2 different
                                locations, a shared case does not need to be created. In contrast, One Hope
                                United is a site where each location does there own data entry, so if 2 children
                                on a case are receiving care from 2 different locations a shared case would be
                                created between the 2 site locations.
                                4. If case goes from 2 sites to 1 R&R, staff could move 1 kid from site to R&R
                                and they can submit a new app. Then if remove the other site, can do a transfer
                                or just remove caseload making it no longer a shared case.
