       Most of the couples today are working and busy with their career that they have
no time to take care of their children. Couples will look for nannies equipped with skills
needed and with respectable background. Though some families may seek the
assistance of a neighborhood baby-sitter, many parents are willing to pay a higher
hourly wage for nannies who are trained and thoroughly vetted by an outside agency.
So our group had come-up with an agreement to propose a training center for nannies
(yaya’s) and as well as an agency for deployment.

        For the high quality of service of our business, in order to satisfy our clients, we
will provide nannies that have clear background history and are well trained to be
knowledgeable on correct handling of a child. We will provide for families with full
transparency regarding our hiring techniques, background-check results and training
programs. The success of our business depends on the family's trust that we have
reputable, top-notch nannies.

      2.) Admin Officer
              He/she is responsible for overall strategy, planning, coordination and
          management of business affairs of an organization. Typically, the firms
          support functions, such as human resources, legal and compliance report to
          her.
      3.) Marketing Officer
              They are in-charge of organizations events and planning advertisement
          strategies. He or she serves in sales management public relations
          advertising, communications, promotions product development, distribution
          market research pricing and customer service.

      Industry analysis:

 According to our research, more than 50 percent of married couples with children are
two-income families, meaning that both parents work at least part time. In families
where both parents work, finding the right childcare, especially for young children, is a
high priority. Many families prefer the individual attention and personal care that a
nanny can provide over the group experience of a day care. But finding a nanny can be
a challenging and stressful endeavor for working parents. As this trend continues,
nanny placement services will continue to be important business opportunities.
Marketing mix

        3 kinds of promotions

   1.) First 10 person discount 3% - it means that the 10 person who enrolled early they
       will have discount on their tuition, instead of 6,000 in 6months they only pay
       P4,200. We are promoting this so that they can afford.
   2.) Assurance of work. It means that after they graduate by training, their work/job is
       ready. As one of our promotion is to give them an instant job plus they will not
       going to apply anymore because we are the one who will find for them.
   3.) Legal – it means that we have a proof of our business that we can assure to our
       trainee’s/students that our company is legal by looking our complete documents
       and of course our facilities are complete.

       Our target market is families that both parents are working and have no time to
take care of their baby.



Place

        Palma Gil Street, Davao city.

       Our place is capable to our students/trainees. Our facilities are complete. We buy
this building because it is located near the villages and can easily find.



Price

       Our tuition fees is not so expensive. It is affordable and the payment is per
month. So every month is worth of P1,000 only so in 6 months.,it is only P6,000. It is so
worth it because if they’re going to enroll they can have a discount.
PRODUCTION

Process of the product:
       Our nanny business will first need to run background checks on all our potential
 nannies and also we will check for criminal records before we will allow them to enrol in
 our training. The requirements for enrolees to be trained are:
       1.) At least high school graduate
       2.) Form 138
       3.) Certification/Good moral character
       4.) NSO Birth certificate

       To provide the most qualified nannies, we will train them with the most standard
learning that a nanny must know. In the training center, we will provide all the facilities
that the students will use in order to practice and train them as well.

       In their training, we have 3 (three) Modules:

Module 1: KNOWING THE MOODS AND BEHAVIOR OF A CHILD

      To have childcare knowledge, nannies must understand the moods and
behaviour of a child.



Module 2: PROPER HANDLING

        The fact of knowing and awareness on the proper handling of a baby is very
significant for nannies.



Module 3: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

       Lists of specific responsibilities of nannies.

Includes: children's routines, nap times, feeding times, reading times, gymbaroo
classes, swimming classes and park visits.

        Include parenting philosophy, disciplinary measures, TV time, sleeping methods,
nutrition - what the child is allowed to eat, hygiene – washing hands before and after
nappy change and safety – no go zones for the child/nanny in the house.
After their 6 months of training, our agency then will require all the graduates to provide
us:

       1.)   Bio-data/Resume
       2.)   Certificate/Diploma
       3.)   NBI Clearance
       4.)   Medical Certificate


       The agency will draft a work agreement. To make sure that the agreement
specifies standard work hours, scope of the work, vacations, holidays and any overtime
compensation for each nanny placed with a family.
