					                             CANDY BAR POSTER IDEA

I had an old candy bar poster idea but couldn’t find most of the candy bars so I bought
candy bars I thought would work and my daughter wrote them into this poster. The kids
loved it.
Do you ever look up at the <Milky Way> and try to <Riesen> to yourself what life is all
about?
Perhaps you’re traveling down the road of life ecountering <Mounds> of choices and
wondering <Twix> way to turn. Should you <Skor> some points with the bad kids in
order to avoid <Snicker> from them for making the right choices?
Too bad life’s not as easy as wandering about and being happy-go-lucky as a <Jolly
Rancher> and listening to your own <Symphony> while walking around with <100
Grand> in your pocket to play with.
It’s time to <Rollo> out of bed, read your scriptures and get to seminary on time. You
may be surpised at how <Nutrageous> you’ll feel from seminary and scripture study and
that each day will provide you with your own <Sweet Escapes>.
Don’t let it bother you if you’re walking the halls at school with your scriptures under
your arm and hearing a few <Chuckles> from the crowd or maybe even, “Look at the
little <Goobers>” as you hurry and <Skittles> down the hallway.
Obviously they don’t realize what a <Lifesaver> reading and obeying the scriptures can
be and how the reward of eternal life is far greater than any <Pay Day> could ever be—
for eternal life is the greatest gift of God!

My son and I just took the idea submitted by another Karen Lambert and
worked out another CANDY BAR POSTER--Kinda fun...One way to use up the
Halloween Loot....

Do you ever look up at the <Milky Way> and <M & M> (MUSE AND
MEDITATE) "Who Am I? Where did I come from? Why am I here?" Perhaps
you're traveling down the road of life ecountering <Mounds> of
choices and wondering <Twix> way to turn. Should you play
<KitKat> with the popular kids in order to avoid <Snickers>?
Obviously they don't realize what a <Lifesaver> reading the scriptures
can be; nor the <{Almond} JOY> that obeying the commandments can bring.
They don't yet know that the reward of eternal life is far greater than
any <Pay Day> could ever be. They don't understand, that the great and
dreadful day of the Lord is near at hand and that something akin to an
<Atomic fire ball> awaits them and their <Whoppers>.

Too bad life's not as all <Sweet Tarts> and being happy-go-lucky like
a <Jolly Rancher> while walking around with <100 Grand> in your
pocket. In reality, mid-terms are here and you are feeling the time
<Crunch>. Yes, it's time to <Rolo> out of bed, get to seminary on
time, and read your scriptures. You may be surpised at how
<Nutrageous> you'll feel from your scripture study. Each seminary lesson
will provide you with your own <Starburst> of insight. Don't let it
bother you if you're walking the halls at Redmond High School and your
<Butterfingers> drop a Book of Mormon onto the floor. Oh, you may hear
a few <Skittles> from the crowd or maybe even, "Look at the little
<Musketeers>" as you and your friends from the "Armies of Helaman" walk
down the hallway. But you, like <Mr. Goodbar> choose to be courageous
and righteous <Now and Later>.

Change the words to fit the candy your kids have "donated" to your cause.
I just copied, pasted to work processing program, selected all,
enlarged text size, cut into strips, put onto poster and glued the candy
in. Have fun! Cyndy Weiss, Redmond, WA
