To include name in the list of panel of dailywage clerks.
With due respect i beg to state that i was appointed as clerk on a vacant lying post of Clerk cum operator on daily wages in Telecommunication unit in 1997 and i worked there upto Feburary 2005 more than seven (7 years). During this period, i was shifted/appointed as PBX operator on other vacant lying post of PBX operator recommended by the Chairman, TU at his own and shifting/appointment was approved by the Vice-Chancellor,as i was eligible and fulfill all the qualifications for both the posts. When i join university on daily wages i was fulfil all qualifications and eligible for both the posts and was 29 year old. Even two times, post of PBX operator was advertised and both the time i was eligible , but post could not be filled due to one reason to another. When i was about 35 years old, all the qualifications and age (age was not advertised earlier both the times) for the post of PBX operator was changed. During this course,in 2005, the Vice- Chancellor has not given extension to me, reason known to him very well. A request was also made earlier but in vain. In this connection, i want to draw the attention of the Vice-Chancellor on the following points:-
1. that i am requesting for the post of clerk, not for the post of PBX operator. 2. that most of the clerks have pending their case for the regularization of the clerks in the Supreme Court. But there is no pending case of mine against the post of clerk in the Supreme Court. 3. that about 120 persons as clerk on daily wages are working in the university, even most of them are junior to me. 4. that qualification of clerks has already been changed in Syndicate/Senate also but most of persons are still appointed/working on old qualifications who had worked in the university earlier. 5. that some appointments of daily wagers were made after me, instead of " first come last go" rule. 6. that persons who have become overage as daily wagers are also still working. 7. that for 7 years in the gap of every 3 months, the chairman, has recommended my extension on the basis of my good work and conduct. 8. that if i could shifted\appointed from the post of clerk to PBX operator then it could also be shifted\appointed back to the post of Clerk than i would also be working like other daily wagers. 9. that i am not at my fault, as my name which was existing in the panel of daily wages clerk was also removed, after my shifting to PBX operator's post. (As shifting was done by authority at their own level without giving an application by me ) if i was told that i would be out, i never accept to be shifted. 10.that the Vice-Chancellor has powered to be sort out any anomalies, decided in the meeting of BOF, item no.24, dated 10.2.2006. Keeping in vew the above facts which clearly show that injustice was done specially with me, the vice-chancellor is, therefore, requested to re-consider my case sympathetically and allowed to include my name in the list of clerks of daily wager (where it stands as per my days put in the university, (photocopy attached) and i may be adjusted as clerk on daily wages.

Sub:Sir, With due respect i beg to state that i worked in the P.U from 1997 to 2005 more than seven (7 years) as clerk on daily wages against the lying vacant post of clerk for 4 years and 3 years as PBX operator on daily wages against the lying vacant post of PBX operator (being both the post from clerical cadre). After that the Vice- Chancellor has not given extension to me due to fill up the posts on regular basis. The ViceChancellor is therefore, requested to re-consider my case sympathetically on the following points: -. To include name in the list of panel of daily wage clerks.
1. That about 120 persons as clerk on daily wages are working in the university, even most of them are junior to me. 2. That these persons are also working/appointed on old qualifications even change of qualifications by the Syndicate/Senate in 2001. That if all the daily wagers like me are working /adjusted on old qualifications against lying vacant posts of clerks than why injustice was done with me. 3. That " first come last go"rule was not followed in my case even some appointments/adjustment of daily wagers were made after me even on old qualifications basis. 4. That persons who have become overage as daily wagers are also still working/can work, as per rule the relaxation can be given to the extent the number of days they have worked in the P.U on daily wage/temporary basis. 5. That for 7 years continuously l in the gap of every 3 months, the chairman, used to recommend my extension of appointment on the basis of my good work and conduct. 6. That even doing job for many years my name did not exist in panel of daily wages clerks. 7. That when I joined in the university I was also fulfilled all the qualifications as in the cases of others. 8. That the Vice-Chancellor has powered to be sort out any anomalies, decided in the meeting of BOF, item no.24, dated 10.2.2006. Keeping in view the above facts which clearly show that injustice was done specially with me, the vice-chancellor is, therefore, requested to re-consider my case sympathetically and allowed to include my name in the list of clerks of daily wager (where it stands as per my days put in the university, (photocopy attached) and I may be adjusted as clerk on daily wages.
