Understanding Change

1.   The goal is not to innovate the most.
2.   It is not enough to have the best ideas.
3.   Appreciate early the difficulties of trying
     something new – the implementation dip.
4.   Redefine resistance as a potential positive
     force.
5.   Re-culturing is the name of the game.
6.   Never a checklist, always complexity.

   Moral purpose, relationships and
    organizational successes are interrelated.

   Look at businesses as if they had souls.

   Look at schools as if they had minds.

   Emotional intelligence is key!
      Instructional Leadership Bingo
      Given a Bingo playsheet, a group of their colleagues, and time to interact, participants will be able to identify the peers
      who fit the descriptions in the boxes below, as demonstrated by a Bingo playsheet with an initial from the peer that
      matches that description in each square.*
