							OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH POLICY
Genesis Recruitment recognises Occupational Safety and Health is an integral
part of its business operations. We firmly believe that no business priority
comes before safety.

We will endeavour to continually improve our Safety systems and processes. This
will be done by continually checking our business activities and implementing
appropriate changes when needed.

Genesis Recruitment is committed to:

       The health and safety of all our internal staff & field employees;
 Supporting the health and safety of our clients employees; and
 Working in partnership with our clients to ensure high levels of
Occupational Health and Safety standards are present on all work sites.

The Genesis Recruitment senior management team is actively involved in the
management and planning of Occupational Safety and Health. Identified
Hazards will be managed in accordance with the Hierarchy of Control, using
Elimination, Substitution and Engineering as preferred methods, with
Administrative and the use of Personal Protective Equipment as secondary
options.

We encourage all employees to also be actively involved in observing and
suggesting changes in the workplace to reduce exposure to any risks and
hazards.

Genesis expects all employees to assume responsibility for their own actions, to
report any unsafe acts and working conditions, and behave in a manner that
reflects safe work practices and standards at all times.

If illness or injury results in a disability to our employees, Genesis will manage
the Injury Management process to assist in their safe return to gainful and
meaningful employment.
