MSI Task List
Assign people to direct people at the parking lot
Prepare programs, assign people to distribute programs before performance
Assign designated people to escort kids to the bathroom
People assisting with hair, scarf, costume preparation etc.
Assist in clean-up at the conclusion of the performance – make sure NOTHING is left behind
The ones below do not involve assistance – just items that we need to have in mind:
Distribute information packages to all performers - Make extra copies of parking passes
Bring accessories to MSI (pins, safety pins, hair spray, combs etc)
Book photographer (done)
Video (should we hire somebody to videotape or have one of us?)
Bring extra costume accessories, handkerchiefs etc (to be done by each group)
Prepare music CDs for each group – bring CD’s
Sign in sheets per group
Extra costume pieces
Bring banner (?)
Arrange technical equipment with Levon (also bring him some ‘goodies’ - need a few mikes and a piano)
Water bottles (?)
Fill up application for participation
Book photographer and/or videographer
Middle of November

Have some girls tights available. A couple of girls wear the wrong color of tights.
Prepare music CDs for pieces that will be played by CD player and also have it as a backup.
