It is known to all that health is wealth. It is the key to all success in life. So, I try to
follow the rules of health. It is necessary to follow them in order to maintain a good
health. None can enjoy a sound health without maintaining certain rules of health. To
have a balanced diet is one of the important rules of maintaining good health. And a
balanced diet is a kind of diet that contains all types of food value in right quantities as
are essential for health. Since a balanced diet gives strength and prevent diseases, I
always try to have a balanced diet. It is necessary because it supplies heat and energy and
keep our body feet.
