An overview of personal injury practice from the Claimant’s perspective, the course will help you to understand the
principles behind the practice.
This course is an essential for those new to the field or working in a support role to know the rules and avoid costly
mistakes.

Simon trained with Penmans solicitors and qualified in 1987. He has remained with the firm throughout his career, and
is joint head of their Accident & Injury Department.

Simon has been active in Warwickshire Law Society for a number of years, for many years as Chairman of their
Education and Training Committee. He is also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and
acted as West Midlands Regional Co-ordinator until 2006
