Location:      Sheraton Burlington Hotel & Conference Center, Burlington, VT

Connect with Vermont and Western New Hampshire’s human resources leaders on September 12th & 13th, 2011 at
the SHRM Vermont State Council’s Eleventh Annual Human Resources Conference at the Sheraton Burlington
Hotel & Conference Center. The conference will officially begin at 8:30 a.m. Monday and will feature speakers
targeting timely topics as well as great networking opportunities and lots of fun. Exhibitors are required to be set-up by
7:30 a.m.

The Council sincerely appreciates and graciously thanks all those who participated in the 2010 VT State HR
Conference. Last year, the Vermont State Council’s Annual HR Conference attracted approximately 300
attendees. Again in 2011, all SHRM human resource chapters as well as the SHRM Vermont State Council and other
HR professionals will be invited. The conference is an efficient and effective way for you to be in touch with these
human resource decision-makers. If there is one conference you can’t afford to miss in 2011—this will be the one!!

It is our pleasure to extend to your company the opportunity to be an exhibitor at this conference. We have
lowered our rates from the 2010 rates! We are again offering an opportunity to have a double size booth for a
discounted rate. We are continuing with and enhancing sponsorship opportunities that include an exhibit space
and/or conference registration. As always, booths and sponsorships are accepted on a first-pay-first-served
basis. The organizations with the earliest checks receive the best exhibit location.

Changes from 2010 Conference:

There will be eight scheduled exhibitor visit sessions plus the evening cocktail hour in the exhibitor area. Once
again, you will be able to eat lunch with the participants and be able to attend the Keynote and Endnote
sessions. The first four (4) law firms that sign up for a sponsorship at a level of $3,000.00 or more will have the
opportunity to sit on the Master Panel or to present a concurrent session.

Exhibitor Set up and Schedule:

You will be receiving information from SER Exposition Services regarding the pipe and drape set-up. Internet
access and electricity is available through the conference center at an extra charge. Please complete the
Sheraton’s form attached to sign-up. Backdrop/conference colors within the exhibit hall cannot be changed to
meet preferences of individual exhibitors.
Exhibit Booth Pricing:

      Early Bird Special - $750 for a single booth sign-up with one-half deposit paid by March 31, 2011.
       ($1,400 for a double-booth).
      $775 for a single booth - sign-up & full payment is received before May 31, 2011.
      $900 for a single booth - after June 1, 2011.
      $1,450 for a double booth - sign-up & paid before May 31, 2011.
      $1,700 for a double booth - after June 1, 2011.

Lunch: Exhibitors will have two lunch tickets on each day, Monday, September 12th and Tuesday, September
13th included in the price of a single booth. A double booth includes three tickets per day.

Exhibit Booths:
    70 booths will be available in the exhibit hall
    Booths will be sold on a first-pay, first-served basis, which will determine location
    Each booth is a 8’ x 10’ pipe and drape booth with two chairs
    Double sized booths are 8’ x 16’ pipe and drape with 4 chairs
    Exhibitors may bring their own setups; these must conform to the space provided

    No early teardown – booth must stay up until 2:00 pm on Tuesday, September 13
    Internet service and electricity is available through the conference center. You must sign-up with the
       Sheraton using the form attached
    Non-registered setup personnel must leave by 8:00 a.m. on Monday and cannot return until teardown. A
       single booth includes only 2 exhibitors. If there are more than 2 people working the booth, the exhibitor must
       pay the daily conference fee

Day 1 - Conference Dinner

Attend the conference dinner and entertainment on Monday evening, September 12th and continue to network with the
conference participants. If you wish to attend the dinner, there is an additional fee of $40.00 per person.

Description of Product or Service Displayed

This is for the final exhibit directory copy. Please limit descriptions to 50 words or less and include it on a
separate piece of paper or email it to Kim@delaneymeetingevent.com. Please send with your registration.

Exhibitor Raffle Items

Exhibitors are encouraged to donate raffle items that will be randomly drawn and announced during lunch each
day. Each prize and exhibitor donor will be announced along with the prizewinner. Eligibility for prizes is
dependent on visiting booths. The prize-winners must be present to win and will pick up prizes at exhibitor
booths. Please provide the description of your item to Exhibitor Co-chairs, Gina Catanzarita or Sue Ames, by
August 15th at vthrexhibitor@gmail.com.

Cancellation Policy

The fee will be fully refunded if cancellation is made prior to August 1st. Cancellations received after August 1st
will result in a forfeit of 50% of the fee. Cancellations received after August 30th will result in forfeiture of the
entire fee.

On any single or three phase 208 volt circuits, proper grounding and neutral is required. Also, specify type plug (NEMA Number) or whether a direct hook-
up is needed. All 60 cycle AC equipment must be properly tagged and wired with complete information as to type of current, voltage, amperage, phase,
horse power, etc. Overloading and over-current are your responsibility.
Usage price for single-phase outlets include your pro-rated share of the cost of special switchboards, temporary lines, and power lines to your booth, as
well as removal after the show and current consumption.
