									                            Speech-Language Pathologist

Special Education Services, an affiliate of The Menta Group (www.thementagroup.org),
are special schools with a kindergarten through twelfth grade therapeutic educational
services program for at-risk and behavior/emotional/developmentally disabled children
living in and around the Chicago, Illinois Metro Area and Phoenix/Casa Grande, Arizona
suburban area. Small class size, intensive clinical services, and a competently trained
staff of educators combine to make for a positive and dynamic place to learn. The
program emphasis is placed on teamwork and creativity to provide this positive
environment for our students to excel.

 We have immediate openings for a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy
services for students coming into the schools with a variety of speech and language
disorders. This position offers an interesting and reasonably sized caseload, access to
medical, dental, vision plans, 403(b), sick pay, holiday pay, and personal days. The
salary range is $60 - $65k for 10 month school calendar, depending upon experience and
qualifications.

Requirements:

      Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited
       university program.
      Current Speech-Language Pathology license from the State of Illinois and
       Arizona.
      Clinical Competency Certification (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year
       (CFY) welcomed.
