       Founding partner in a consulting services firm focusing on outsourcing resources from

             resources, and custom development. Designed web application for monitoring and
             paying freight claims. The application was developed in dot net technologies.

AECOM Technologies January 2000 – January 2001

       Clients Project Manager for vendor HRIS implementation of web HR software for phased
        implementation of eight companies in AECOM with an employee population of 6,000.

       Managed the program office, provided advisory services to eight AECOM
        company implementation teams and coordinated vendors and technical
        teams.
       Functional analyst – Pre and Post implementation troubleshooter, produced
        documentation for new hires, transfers, Cobra, Bonus, benefit enrollment and
        various other day-to-day processes.
        Assessed need and presented recommendations for organizational re-

Project Manager – U.S Coast Guard Payroll and Benefits Project
       Project Manager for systems requirements and PeopleSoft gap analysis for payroll of
        40,000 and a retired payroll of 30,000 for U.S. Coast Guard. Responsible for budget,
        schedule and delivery.
       Produced strategy deliverables to include: Data Migration, Transition and Change
        Management, Testing, Configuration Management, and Security strategies.

First Interstate Bank of California July 1986 – June 1990

Managed all projects in the area of time deposit applications to include savings accounts, IRAs,
certificates of deposits and auto leasing for the ninth largest U.S. bank. Responsible for client
relations with Bank Product Management and for major enhancements, day-to-day application
maintenance and bank acquisitions conversions to FI systems. Managed a staff of 12 analysts
and programmers in a traditional IBM MVS, CICS and COBOL environment.

Atlantic Richfield Company February 1978 – July 1986
Manager Financial and Supply Chain Systems. Started as programmer analyst for Inventory,
purchasing, accounts payables and equipment maintenance. Planned, implemented and
consolidated financial systems in response to start-ups, acquisitions, mergers, decentralization
and staff reduction business strategies in a boom to bust minerals industry of the 80's.
Facilitated corporate line units to develop the Materials Management specifications for domestic
mining operations. Conducted long-range planning and developed the planning process for
Anaconda Mineral's materials management department. Managed a staff of 6 analysts and
