I.          CALL TO ORDER & ESTABLISHMENT OF QUORUM
            Commissioner Litten called the meeting to order at 10:15 a.m. in Conference Center Room C of the Indiana Government
            Center-South, 402 West Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204 and declared a quorum, in accordance with IC § 25-
            34.1-2-3(b).

                  The commission held a brief discussion regarding Errors and Omissions insurance and determined
                  that it should be resolved through the legislature, instead of the through the Commission

             D.   Appointment of ALJs for cases filed between June 1, 2006 through December 31, 2006

                  A motion was made and seconded to appoint Mr. Litten as the Pre-Hearing Office
