Reports to:                      Marketing Manager

Departments Liaised with:        Production, Marketing, Customer Services

Purpose:

   1. Selling conference tickets
   2. Creating interest through outbound calls into the various markets/industries.

Key Result Areas:

       Minimum of 60 calls per day from database
       Minimum of 2 ½ hours on the phone per day
       Minimum of 6 registrations per week
       Meet monthly revenue targets which are set out on a month-by-month basis
       Meet quarterly & annual targets
       Carry out effective feedback sessions per event

Prior Learning and Experience required:

       At least Grade 12/Matric
       At least 2 years telesales experience will be beneficial
       At least 3 years work experience
       Must speak English fluently
