admire. It can be difficult to look at yourself objectively but a trusted friend can be honest. Wear clothing
that is appropriate for your age and the activities you will be participating in.

Look through magazines for the newest trends in hair styling. Take the pictures of hair styles you like to a
trusted hairstylist and get an updated look. You will be surprised at how much a new hairdo and some
highlights or color can improve your appearance.

Go to the cosmetics section of your local department store for a makeover. The cosmetologist can show you new
ways to wear your make up. Believe it or not, the way your wear cosmetics changes, in the same way clothing
styles change.

Find some effective methods for relieving stress. Constant stress can make you look and feel older and have a
negative effect on your health. Try meditation, yoga or getting a massage for stress relief. Remember, that
certain types of exercise are also effective in relieving your stress.

As your energy increases, your health improves and your appearance changes, you should start feeling more
confident. Work on your posture to portray your confidence and strength to others.

You don't have to have cosmetic surgery or spend hours every day to look beautiful. Simply apply these tips on
