Information for Sub-council Representatives
This year is an even year- the following sub-councils will be choosing a new representative:
Genesee Valley, Mid-Hudson, North, and Western
Any sub-council in need of replacement-please let me know if other than listed above
Per by-laws of council:
Section 6- The sub-council representative will be elected by a majority vote within their own sub-
council. Elections should be prior to or at the Annual Membership meeting and the names submitted to
Your term will start immediately after introductions on the final day of the April (annual) conference.
You are expected to attend all Executive Board meetings (4 per year) and be an active representative for
your council area.
If you have further questions regarding the responsibilities of a sub-council representative please refer
the our By-Laws on our website.
Please provide the Executive Board with names of schools interested in providing a poster display for
the April meeting.
We need to know the following:
Name of School, title of project, number of table(s) needed for display
Theme: Simulation Boot Camp- show us what you do in your facility or what you would like to do. Come
with questions and answers!
